1、關于實施中國巴基斯坦自由貿易協定簽發中國巴基斯坦自貿區原產地證書的通知各產地證簽證單位：中華人民共和國政府與巴基斯坦伊斯蘭共和國政府自由貿易協定已正式簽署，協定將于7月1日起實施，雙方將自7月1日起啟動中國巴基斯坦自由貿易協定降稅進程，降稅范圍在中華人民共和國政府與巴基斯坦伊斯蘭共和國政府關于自由貿易協定早期收獲協議的基礎上進一步擴大。為使我國出口到巴基斯坦的協議項下的產品享受巴基斯坦給予的關稅優惠待遇，自2007年7月1日起，各地出入境檢驗檢疫機構按擴大的關稅減讓范圍簽發中國-巴基斯坦自由貿易區優惠原產地證書，原產地規則及簽證操作程序仍按現行規定執行。各簽證單位要組織簽證人員學習中國巴基斯坦
