2、設計 摘 要：當前在許多書店中，不僅用計算機來代替人從事書籍管理工作，而且通過計算機進行統 計工作。本系統在涉及了書籍管理進貨、銷售、庫存的基礎上,還增添了統計功能，優化了書店的 財務管理，并給予了信息的決策支持。它具有實用性強，操作簡單，實時性的優點。該書店管理系 統的開發主要包括后臺數據庫的建立和維護以及前端應用程序開發兩方面，其中后者使用 vb 建 立起功能完備、易使用的窗體。運用 ado 操縱數據庫,從而實現對圖書的信息化管理。 關鍵詞：access 數據庫；ado；統計 1 引言 隨著社會的發展和時代的進步，人類社會正逐步跨入新的信息社會。其中最為 突出的是計算機技術的不斷發展，其帶

3、給我們的沖擊更是越來越大，人們的日常生 活方式和習慣都受到了計算機的影響，各個行業和部門也由于計算機的普及而在逐 漸改變運行模式。 作為知識傳媒的書店，當然也不例外。因為無論是哪個書店都有很多銷售數據 需要管理，手工管理這些繁雜數據的方式已經不適應時代的潮流，實現數據規范化、 信息化的計算機管理是書店高效運作的必然要求，為了適應時代、工作的需要，所 以開發了這套書店盈利系統以供書店參考。 2 系統及需求 2.1 系統需求分析 從事圖書零售工作的書店由于每天的銷售量特別大，手工差錯率比較高，經常 會出現一些不該出現的錯誤，即手工操作已不能滿足當今業務上的發展需求。為了 提高書店圖書管理的水平，越

4、來越多的書店決定采用比較先進的管理工具，即用電 腦來管理圖書的銷售業務，針對書店的具體情況和商品行業的行業特點，本系統的 實施運行，將能夠集中處理圖書的銷售業務，嚴格規范書店的圖書管理，并利用先 進的管理模式，推動書店的飛速發展。 該系統主要考慮了最為普遍的銷售管理需求：進貨時入庫登記，以便日后查看 和統計進貨情況；銷售時出庫登記，以便日后查看和統計銷售信息；能夠隨時查看 各類信息，如進貨信息、銷售信息等。除了以上一些基本的需求外，實際上書店盈 利軟件需要實現的主要功能是對數據進行有效地統計，匯總及查詢，以作為書店決 策、管理分析的重要依據。因此還需要增設一些相應的統計分析功能，如希望查看 某

5、種圖書的利潤情況和某種圖書的銷售情況，以便日后的采購能有的放矢，很好地 避免了采購時的盲目性，最終獲得最大的收益。 根據以上分析,要求該書店盈利軟件具有以下功能: 1、為了便于操作,要求有良好的人機界面,也即對用戶較透明. 2、由于該系統設計的數據多,要求有較好的用戶權限管理,即對用戶限定一定的使 用權限,只有系統操作員才能對數據進行增加、刪除、修改等操作，而一般操作 員則不允許。 3、原始數據修改簡單方便；由于書店不時的有新舊書的更替，數據也在不斷的更新； 還有大量輸入的工作難免出錯，所以方便的數據修改決不能少。 4、方便的數據查詢，支持多條件查詢；即可根據圖書的不同內容進行查詢，如：書 名

6、、作者、出版社等。 5、在相應權限下，刪除數據方便簡單。 6、多類別的統計功能；該系統的開發的主要思想就是用計算機代替人腦，減少繁雜 的手工數據操作，以提高工作效率，完成盈利統計工作。 7、報表打印功能；在對營業額進行統計后，需要打印清單，這時就需要有報表打印 功能。 2.2 系統可行性分析 進入 21 世紀以來，隨著物質生活水平的不斷提高，人們對精神文化的要求不斷 加強，圖書受到越來越多的人的重視。書店作為一個特殊的行業，它的經營管理好 壞對人民精神文化生活起著重要的作用。書店的經營著要想掌握圖書營銷情況、控 制經營成本，真正滿足人民的文化追求，就離不開有效的信息管理系統。在此，我 所設計的

7、書店盈利軟件具有如下的特點： 1、 實用性 系統的設計將確實體現出業務需求，本軟件提供完整的進貨、銷售、庫存、統 計等功能。有利于客戶方便查看、分析等功能。 2、 可靠性 可靠性是一個完整系統所必備的條件之一。一個沒有可靠性的軟件是沒有任何 實用價值的。本系統從以下幾點考慮系統的可靠性： (1)編程完全按軟件開發規范的要求進行。 (2)完備的系統安全設計。 3、 可節約性 利用本系統可以更方便地查看日前的銷售情況。這樣便于分析下一步客戶所要 做的事。既少花時間、又少花錢，追求盡可能高的性能價格比。 2.3 系統的開發環境 該系統的硬軟件要求都是能夠容易達到的。下面就此文所論述系統中涉及到的 主

8、要技術進行簡要的分析： 2.3.1visual basic 6.0 目前開發數據庫的工具有 visual basic、visual c+、visual foxpro 等，其 中微軟公司的 visual basic 是目前最為廣泛、易學易用的面向對象的開發工具，它 是“可視化的 basic” ，無需編寫大量代碼去描述界面元素的外觀和位置，只要把預 先建立的對象（如命令按鈕、文本框）拖放到屏幕上需要的位置即可，而且支持創 建可重用組件，具有快速的程序開發環境，能迅速有效地編制程序界面，使得 windows 編程變得十分容易，能實現一定的技術功能， 所以用 visual basic 開發 本系統是完

9、全可以“勝任”的。故而，實現本系統使用 visual basic 作為開發工具 是個相對較好的選擇。 2.3.2 microsoft access 2000 microsoft access 2000 是 microsoft 公司出品的最新一代的數據庫應用系統， 是在 microsoft access 97 基礎上進行創新的成果，是更易用、更可靠、更快速的 關系數據庫系統。access 2000 不僅具有眾多簡單的傳統數據庫管理工具，同時還 進一步增強了同 web 的集成，以便能更方便地共享跨越各種平臺和不同用戶級別的 數據。此外，還加強了易用性，以幫助提高個人生產力。access 2000

10、還可以用作 企業級后端數據庫（例如，microsoft sql server）的前臺客戶端2。 使用 microsoft access 可以在一個數據庫文件中管理所有的用戶信息。在該 文件中，可以： 1、表存儲數據。 2、查詢查找和檢索所需的數據。 3、用窗體查看、添加和更新表中的數據。 4、用報表以特定的版式分析或打印數據。 2.3.3 ado 數據庫控件5 ado（activex data object）提出的數據訪問接口，它實現了 rdo 的絕大多數 功能，另外還增加了一些用戶以前沒有接觸到的特征。 ado data 控件使用 activex 數據對象（ado）來快速建立數據約束控件和數

11、據 提供者之間的連接，并快速創建記錄集，然后將數據通過數據約束控件提供給用戶。 其中，數據約束控件可以是任何具有“數據源”屬性的控件，而數據提供者可以是 任何符合 ole db 規范的數據源。在本系統中的數據連接是使用 ado 通過“數據環境 設計器”來完成對數據庫的連接及數據集的建立。 2.4 數據流圖與數據字典 (1) 數據流圖（dfd） 調查了解用戶的需求后，進一步分析和表達用戶的需求，運用結構化分析方法， 從最上層的系統組織結構入手，采用自頂向下，逐層分解的方式分析系統，得出的 數據流圖如圖2.1、圖2.2、圖2.3所示。 圖 2.1 頂層數據流圖 書店盈利 統計 系統 系統用戶 圖書

14、 (2)用戶管理：包括管理員姓名、密碼、級別，只有系統管理員才能進行此項操 作：如添加新用戶、用戶維護等。 2.庫存管理 (1)新書入庫管理：包括圖書的書名、作者、出版社、進價、數量、進貨日期等， 該功能完成進貨信息登記、修改和刪除。 (2)庫存清單：可以瀏覽庫內的圖書，獲得一個整體的信息。 (3)庫存查詢：既可以根據書名、作者、出版社任意一項進行查詢每一本庫存圖 書；也可以使用一個表格顯示所選時間段的全部進貨數據，包括圖書編號、書名、 作者、出版社、進價、數量等。 3.銷售管理 (1)圖書銷售信息管理：包括圖書的書名、作者、出版社、單價、數量、銷售日 期等，該功能完成銷售信息登記、修改和刪除

15、。 (2)日銷售額：可以計算出任意一天的圖書銷售情況。 (3)總 計：可以算出總的銷售額，并給出總的利潤。 (4)銷售查詢：既可以根據書名、作者、出版社任意一項進行查詢已銷售的每一 本圖書；也可以使用一個表格顯示所選時間段的全部銷售數據，包括圖書編號、書 名、作者、出版社、單價、數量等。 4.銷售分析 每次統計都是按銷售額排列的，用戶可以一目了然的看出各種圖書的銷售額， 以供進貨參考。 3.2 系統功能模塊劃分 從功能描述的內容可以看到，本系統可以實現以下幾個完整的功能。根據這些 功能，設計出系統的功能模塊，如圖 3.1 所示。 圖 3-1 系統功能模塊劃分圖 3.3 數據庫設計 以上我們提到

19、、庫存管理模塊、銷售管理模塊 和銷售分析模塊等。 圖 4.1“書店盈利軟件”主界面 4.3 系統管理 該模塊提供修改密碼和用戶管理兩部分。若想修改密碼，只有輸入正確的舊密 碼，才能設定新密碼。在這一模塊中，還涉及到了權限問題。只有系統管理員才能 進入用戶管理模塊。在用戶管理模塊中，可以添加新用戶和修改密碼表。 圖 4.2“新用戶添加”界面 4.4 庫存管理 該窗體包括新書入庫、庫存清單、庫存查詢三個功能。新書入庫管理完成進貨 信息登記、修改和刪除。用戶先點“添加”按扭，然后輸入關于圖書的各個信息， 如書名、出版社、作者、進價、數量等，最后點“提交” ，就會出現一個信息框提示 你“圖書添加成功”

26、lue = date end sub 圖 4.4“每日小計”界面 至于“總計”可以算出總的銷售額，并給出總的利潤。用戶可以一目了然 的看到自己盈虧狀況。 “銷售查詢”既可以根據書名、作者、出版社任意一項進 行查詢已銷售的每一本圖書；也可以使用一個表格顯示所選時間段的全部銷售 數據，包括圖書編號、書名、作者、出版社、單價、數量等。 5 結束語 此次的畢業設計，在老師的指導，自己的努力下基本上告一段落了,系統的 基本功能可以實現,但由于時間比較倉促,因此還存在許多弊端。該書店盈利軟件 經過編譯和調試，基本功能運行穩定，但不否認存在不少亟待解決的問題， 以 后將從以下幾個方面進行研究： 1、考慮用

27、sql server 數據庫,可以更好的解決數據安全和保密問題。 2、對出錯處理信息，只有少數有提示信息，無幫助系統。 3、目前采用的是單機版，已經不大適應發展趨勢，下一步要更新為 b/s 或 c/s。 4、做更好的界面，使之不僅看起來更美觀，而且具有良好的人機交互界面， 易于操作。 通過這次畢業設計，我了解了數據庫開發的整個過程，熟悉了 visual basic 6.0 的使用方法，掌握了一些 vb 編程語言。收獲很大，同時也知道自己許多方面的 不足，在以后的學習過程中需要繼續加強實踐。 今后設想：繼續完善此系統，把該有的功能盡量實現，使系統真正能為書 店服務，全面滿足書店圖書銷售統計管理的

51、r concerned that i might be having some sort of sick spell. i closed up shop with that hand and went home. i lay stretched out on my bed, smoking and thinking. brand had still been in amber when i had departed. later, though, when i had asked after him, no one had any idea as to his whereabouts. he

52、had been having one of his melancholy spells, had snapped out of it one day and ridden off. and that was that. no messages either-either way. he wasnt answering, he wasnt talking. i tried to figure every angle. he was smart, damn smart. possibly the best mind in the family. he was in trouble and he

56、r-haired, i figured that i could do a lot worse than give him this to remember me by. and if it did not . . . there were all sorts of other possibilities. perhaps he had stumbled onto something going on back home, something it would be useful to know about. i was even curious as to the means he had

57、employed for bypassing the trumps. so it was curiosity, id say, that made me decide to go it alone and try to rescue him. i dusted off my own trumps and tried reaching him again. as you might expect, there was no response. i got a good nights sleep then and tried one more time in the morning. again,
