1、辦公室設計合同合 同 號：_ 簽訂日期：_ _ 簽訂地點：_ 根據中華人民共和國合同法以及其他相關法律、法規，結合室內裝飾的特點，經甲、乙雙方友好協商，甲方委托乙方承擔室內裝飾設計，并達成如下協議。一、甲方委托室內設計的地址_ ，房型_，總面積_平方米。二、甲方委托乙方室內設計，且乙方不負責施工，其設計收費標準為每平方米 _美元，收取設計費共計_美元。甲方應在合同簽署時付首期50% 設計費，并與乙方約定上門測量的時間和地點。乙方設計師在測量后_天內完成平面布置圖及頂面布置圖。三、乙方完成初步設計方案后，甲方與乙方設計師經過溝通同意，填寫設計方案進程表。甲方應支付設計費余款，乙方設計師將在_天內

2、完成全套裝潢設計圖。四、 圖紙完成后，甲方如有更改意見，再與乙方設計師溝通。乙方根據協商方案，繪制更改圖紙，雙方再次填寫設計方案進程表。圖紙更改確認后，乙方將全套圖紙交給甲方使用。五、施工過程中，乙方設計師應至少有三次去現場指導施工，以達到設計效果。六、違約責任：1.乙方未在約定時間內完成設計圖且延期時間在_天內的，每延期一天應當支付設計費總價的 3% 違約金給甲方。 2. 乙方延期_天以上未完成設計圖的，甲方有權解除合同，乙方應退還甲方的設計費用，并承擔設計費總價 50% 的違約金。3. 乙方無故終止合同，除退還甲方所交的設計費用外，還應按合同規定的設計費總價的 50% 作為違約金付給甲方。

9、effect.article 6 ：liability for breach6.1 if party b does not complete the design drawings by the appointed time and extension of time within 20 days, it should pay 3% of the design fee each day to party a for the delay.6.2 if party b delay more than_ days to complete the artwork, party a has the ri
