Analysis of teaching material本單元主要是圍繞Its raining !這一主題展開的教學活動。核心話題是談論天氣和人們正在做什么。因此，如何回答“Hows the weather?”“What are you doing? ”“Hows it going?”是本單元的教學重點。通過對本單元的學習，學生能夠掌握本單元所出現的表示天氣的形容詞，詢問天氣狀況的句式及其回答，能夠靈活運用現在進行時。Section B是對section A部分的拓展與延伸。話題上，拓展談論天氣的表達法。技能方面，進一步深化對聽說讀寫的訓練。通過聽、說、讀、寫來培養學生綜合運用這些知識的能力。最終讓學生能在“說中學”（learn by speaking），通過有限的課堂實踐活動，準確地用英語討論天氣狀況。2.
