Yes, I do. / No, I dont. Its a time to give thanks for food in the autumn. Cut the turkey into thin pieces. 2. 情感態度價值觀目標:1)在活動中滲透中西方餐飲文化,了解西餐的制作方法在語言的運用中感受中西方飲食文化的不同。2)通過食物制作過程的介紹, 讓學生認識到勞動成果的來之不易, 使之懂得不能浪費食物, 珍惜他人的勞動成果。二、教學重難點1. 教學重點:1) 掌握本課時出現的生詞及表達方式。2) 進行聽力訓練,提高綜合聽說能力。 3) 閱讀短文,獲得相關信息,提高學生們的綜合閱讀能力。2. 教學難點:1) 聽力訓練2) 閱讀2b部分的短文并完成相關要求。 三、教學過程. Warming- up and revision1. Daily greeting. Check the homework.2. 頭腦風暴: 將下列名詞分為可數名詞與不可數名詞。 1) milk 2) tomato 3)teaspoon 4) popcorn 5) yogurt 6)salt7) apple 8) onion 9)dumpling 10) shake 11) juice 12)meat 13) cup 14)porridge 15)watermelon 16)mutton 學生們可以小組為單位進行比賽,看誰寫出來的最多。(在五分鐘內)3. 讓學們復述如何做爆米花。S1: First, put half a cup of corn into the popcorn machine.S2: Next, turn on the machine S3: Then, pour the popcorn into a bowl. Play the recording for the Ss to listen and circle. 4. Check the answers: Work on 1d: 1. T: Now please look at the chart in 1d. T: Now lets work on 2c. First, lets read the sentences and make sure we know the meanings of all the sentences. Tell Ss to work on 3a. First, read the words in the box. Try to make sure the meaning of each word. 2. 寫作指導:首先,閱讀方框中的詞匯,掌握其意思,然后閱讀短文,整體把握短文大意。 其次,分析有空格的每個句子,根據上下文意及句子結構確定空格處應填哪一個詞。 最后,將單詞填在空格上,并完整的讀一遍短文,看是否通順。3. Writing Work on 3b: 1. Read the headings below. Think about your own favorite food in your hometown. 2. Then make a list of the ingredients of the food. Work on 3c: 1. Tell Ss to use the notes in 3b and write a recipe for your favorite food.
