前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結構和起草規則》的規
定起草。
本文件是GB/T45788《金屬材料電阻焊質量要求》的第1部分。GB/T45788已經發布了以
下部分:
─第1部分:完整質量要求;
─第2部分:基本質量要求。
本文件修改采用ISO14554?1:2013《焊接質量要求金屬材料的電阻焊第1部分:綜合質量要
求》。
本文件與ISO14554?1:2013的技術差異及其原因如下:
—用規范性引用的GB/T12467.1替換了ISO3834?1,以適應我國實際技術情況,增加可操作性
(見第3章);
—刪除了對于焊接協調員相關要求的條款以適應我國實際技術情況;
—刪除了對于電極標識要求的條款,以便于國內實際應用。
本文件做了下列編輯性改動:
—為與現有標準協調,將標準名稱改為《金屬材料電阻焊質量要求第1部分:完整質量要求》;
—更改6.4的條標題為焊接責任人員;
—附錄A中刪除了對于焊接責任人員和焊接程序批準的解釋性表述;
—刪除了參考文獻。

GB/T45788《金屬材料電阻焊質量要求》專門針對金屬材料電阻焊的質量要求進行了詳細規定。
涵蓋了電阻焊的各個方面,從合同和設計評審、分包服務、焊接人員、檢查測試和檢驗人員、焊接設
備、焊接及相關活動,到焊接電極和輔具、母材儲存、熱處理、檢查和測試、不符合項和糾正措施、設
備校準、標識、質量記錄等,均進行了全面而系統的規范。
GB/T45788還為制造商建立了一套完善的焊接質量管理體系提供了指導。通過遵循這些標準,制造
商可以確保其生產的電阻焊焊接構件符合技術法規和客戶要求,提高產品的市場競爭力和客戶滿意度。
同時,該系列標準也可以作為考察供應商焊接能力和質量控制水平的重要依據。
GB/T45788分為兩個部分。
—第1部分:完整質量要求。目的在于規范金屬材料車間及現場電阻焊接生產的完整質量要求和
記錄。
—第2部分:基本質量要求。目的在于規范金屬材料車間及現場電阻焊接生產的基本質量要求和
記錄。
