引言
中央空調系統是為創造和保持滿足特定要求空氣環境不可或缺的必備硬件,其安全、可靠地運行
不僅涉及能否滿足使用要求,還涉及能量消耗、運行成本、使用壽命。隨著我國社會、經濟的快速發展,
人們物質、文化生活水平的不斷提高,中央空調系統的使用越來越多,涉及面越來越廣,保有量規模不
斷擴大,所采用的設備、裝置和技術不斷更新,保障中央空調系統安全、可靠、節能降耗運行的挑戰也在
不斷加大。
中央空調系統能否在其生命周期內安全、高效地發揮出良好的使用價值,除了與系統組成的設備、
裝置等產品質量和安裝、調試水平有關外,還與后期使用過程中能否做到高質量的維護保養密切相關。
我國目前已發布實施了一大批與中央空調系統有關的工程設計、施工驗收、運行管理、設備制造等
標準,但作為一個完整的標準體系,還缺少維護保養方面的相關標準,導致中央空調系統維護保養范圍
界定不清、要求各異、市場秩序混亂,維護保養質量不能得到基本保證。即使是招投標項目,也因為無
標準依據,相關招標需求內容五花八門,維護保養與檢修及故障處理混為一談,現狀堪憂。
本文件的編制,可以完善相關標準體系,明確中央空調系統維護保養的范圍,以及基本規定和通用
要求,規范中央空調系統維護保養的周期、對象、內容和要求,保證中央空調系統維護保養質量,促進中
央空調系統維護保養行業健康有序發展。

1范圍
本文件規定了在用中央空調系統維護保養的基本規定、通用要求,以及冷熱源設備與系統、風系
統、水系統、電氣與自動控制系統的維護保養周期、對象、內容和要求。
本文件適用于滿足舒適性空氣環境要求的中央空調系統維護保養相關技術工作,滿足工藝性空氣
環境要求的中央空調系統維護保養參照使用。
