ofoperationofthecompressor為壓縮機的常規運行模式Theaircompressorworksintwomodes,intermittentandcontinuous,andthecompressormodecanbeselectedbyenteringthefunctionselectioninterfaceundertheservicemodeviathemicrocomputerdisplay.空氣壓縮機的工作方式分為間歇式和連續式兩種模式,通過微機顯示屏進入檢修模式下的功能選擇界面,可進行壓縮機模式選擇。intermittentmode間歇式maincompressor主壓縮機mainaircylinder總風缸Whenthecompressorisrunningatnoloadonlytheinternalcirculationtakesplaceandnomoreairissuppliedtothemainaircylinder壓縮機空載運行時只進行內部循環,不再向總風缸進行供風。Ismainlytopreventtheoccurrenceofproblemssuchasoilemulsificationofthecompressorandfrequentstartingofthecompressor,onthebasisoftheintermittentmodeofoperation,thecompressorisaddedtotheno-loadoperationfunction.主要是為了防止壓縮機機油乳化、壓縮機頻繁啟動等問題的發生,在間歇運行模式的基礎上,增加壓縮機的空載運行功能。Continuous
連續式ThecompressorautomaticswitchesQA19andQA20壓縮機自動開關AQA19、20usedforfaultprotectionoftheaircompressor.用于空氣壓縮機的故障保護。CompressorUniqueStarttheelectromagneticcontactorThecompressorWhentheautomaticswitchoftheaircompressoristurnedoff,turnoffthepowersupplycircuitofthecorrespondingaircompressor,sendthefaultsignaltothedriver'sfaultdisplaylampthroughTCMS,andturnoffthecoilbranchofthecontrolcontactorofthecorrespondingaircompressor,sothatthecontactorcannotbeclosedbyelectricity.當空氣壓縮機自動開關斷開后,斷開對應空氣壓縮機的供電電路,并將故障信號通過TCMS送到司機故障顯示燈,同時斷開對應空氣壓縮機的控制接觸器線圈支路,使該接觸器不能得電閉合。
ThecompressorautomaticswitchesQA19andQA20壓縮機自動開關AQA19、20CompressorUniqueStarttheelectromagneticcontactorThecompressorWhenthemaincompressoradoptsintermittentworkingmode,KM13andKM14areautomaticallycontrolledbythemicrocomputercontrolsystemaccordingtothewindpressureofthemainaircylinder.當主壓縮機采用間歇式工作方式時,KM13、KM14由微機控制系統根據總風缸的風壓,自動控制。KM13andKM14ofthecompressorelectromagneticcontactors壓縮機電磁接觸器KM13、KM14CompressorUniqueStarttheelectromagneticcontactorThecompressorTurnonthe"MainCompressor"position,Line519willbeenergized,andthecompressorwillbeputintooperationaccordingtothestateofthetotalairpressureswitchesKP51-1andKP51-2打“主壓縮機”位,519號線得電,壓縮機根據總風壓力開關KP51-1和KP51-2的狀態投入工作ThetoggleswitchofthemaincompressorSB45為主壓縮機的扳鍵開關ThetoggleswitchofthemaincompressorSB45為主壓縮機的扳鍵開關Whenthe"StrongPumpAir"positionisset,Line518willbeenergized,forcingthetwocompressorsofthefirstcartobeputintooperation,andthemaincompressorofthesupplementarymachinetobeputintooperation打“強泵風”位,518號線得電,強制頭車兩臺壓縮機投入工作,補機主壓縮機投入工作ThetoggleswitchofthemaincompressorSB45為主壓縮機的扳鍵開關Thearrowinthefigureindicatesthatthekeyswitchofthemaincompressorhasaself-compoundpumpairposition.圖中的箭頭表示主壓縮機扳鍵開關強泵風位為自復式的Inthefigure如圖所示ThepressuresensorsKP51-1andKP51-2ofHXD3electriclocomotiveareusedtomeasurethewindpressureofthemainaircylinder.HXD3型電力機車用壓力傳感器KP51-1、KP51-2測量總風缸的風壓Isturnedonwhenthewindpressureislowerthan750kPaandturnedoffwhenthewindpressureishigherthan900kPa;風壓低于750
kPa時閉合,風壓高于900
kPa時斷開KP51-1Isturnedonwhenthewindpressureislowerthan825kPa,andturnedoffwhenthewindpressureishigherthan900kPa.風壓低于825
kPa時閉合,風壓高于900

KM14:主壓縮機電磁接觸器KM13、KM14的控制,有三個狀態:thetwocompressorsarestarted,KM13andKM14areenergized,thenormallyopenchainisclosed,andthelines461and462areenergized.兩臺壓縮機起動,KM13、KM14都得電,常開連鎖均閉合,461、462號線都得電750kPa<Airpressureofthemainaircylinder<825kPa750kPa<總風缸風壓<825kPaOnecompressorstarts,oneKM13andKM14isenergized,andtheotherKM14isnormallyclosed.ThedriverisintheI-endcab,461isenergized,andthedriverisintheII-endcab,462isenergized.一臺壓縮機起動,KM13、KM14一個得電,一個常開連鎖閉合,司機在I端司機室,461得電,司機在II端司機室,462得電。Therearethreestatesforthecontrolof
