byPartyA'sactionsshallresultinPartyBchargingrelevantfeesforrepairservices.Article7IntellectualPropertyRights7.1IntellectualpropertyrightsoftheEquipmentandrelatedtechnologiesbelongtoPartyB,andPartyAshallnotusetheEquipmentforanyillegalpurposesorengageinanyactsofintellectualpropertyrightsinfringement.Article8ForceMajeure8.1Intheeventofforcemajeure(suchaswar,naturaldisasters,governmentactions,etc.),resultingintheinabilityordelayinperformanceofthisContract,bothpartiesmay協商topostponeorterminatetheContract,andneitherpartyshallbeliableforany違約duetothedelayorfailuretoperform.Article9LiabilityforBreachofContract9.1AnypartythatfailstoperformorfailstofullyperformitsobligationsunderthisContractshallbearthecorrespondingliabilityforbreachofcontractandcompensatetheotherpartyforanylossesincurred.9.2IfPartyAfailstopaytheamountsunderthisContractinaccordancewiththestipulatedtimeframes,PartyAshallpaya違約金of‰oftheoverdueamountperday.9.3IfPartyBfailstodelivertheEquipmentontime,PartyBshallpaya違約金of‰ofthetotalcontractpriceperday.Article10DisputeResolution10.1AnydisputesarisingfromtheperformanceofthisContractshallbe友好協商solvedbythe雙方.Ifnoagreementcanbereached,eitherpartymaybringthematterbeforethePeople'sCourtatPartyA'slocationwithjurisdiction.Article11ContractEffectivenessandModification11.
