首先我想說說事業單位企業化管理。肇州縣廣播電視局隸屬于肇州縣

縣委，直接管轄單位是肇州縣縣委宣傳部，肇州縣廣播電視局下設兩

個臺，肇州電視臺和肇州人民廣播電臺，肇州電視臺又分為肇州綜合

頻道和肇州影視文化頻道，自辦節目每天約四十小時，是大慶市縣屬

傳播單位中的佼佼者，具有一定的競爭實力。原電視臺和廣播電臺分

屬于兩個單位，現改革為臺局合一制，改名為縣廣播電視局。全局約

70人，包括播音與主持，管理層有局長，臺長，辦公室主任。很幸

運的是，剛剛到肇州電視臺就有了一次在縣委學習的機會，因為臺局

剛剛合一，企業化改革還沒見成效，臺里大量擴招，我也是其中一個，

其實和其他地方的事業單位一樣，凡有收入的事業單位，都應積極試

行企業化管理，充分利用自己的人力、技術、設備等條件，廣開生產

門路，擴大服務項目，提高服務質量，合理組織收入，逐步提高經費

的自給水平和收入水平。肇州電視臺員工資金除縣財政局撥款外，電

視臺廣告所得的各項費用都由廣播電視局自行管理。這就涉及到廣告

費用，各項收費要公平合理的問題，當然是不得隨便提高收費標準，

亂收亂斂，轉嫁負擔。也不能任意降低服務質量，不按計劃完成工作

任務。為了避免這一系列的問題，縣委高度重視，為了保證其合理運

行，規定各項收費的標準。其實事業單位試行企業化管理后，單位的

性質、任務不變。在保證完成事業計劃的前提下，盡力擴大社會需要

的服務項目，制定收費標準，收取合理的服務費用。單位財務開支標

準仍按有關規定執行。增加的收入和節省的經費補貼，留給單位用于

發展事業，開展多種經營，建立后備基金，舉辦集體福利事業和發放

職工獎金。對超額完成事業計劃和增收節支成績顯著的單位，按有關

接下來我要說說我再廣播電視局的一些具體工作，我聘用的崗位是播

音員主持人，每天出境十分鐘，播報《肇州新聞》，在學校接受過播

音課的訓練，使得自己對播音有了一定的了解和掌握，剛剛到實習單

位的時候遇到了很多麻煩的事情，比如普通話不標準，本以為我的一

級乙等已經可以滿足要求，上鏡以后特別明顯的發現，自己的調值還

存在很大的問題，還有自己在播音時的手勢，身勢語，還有面部表情,

都存在一定的問題，還好得到老師的幫助與理解，每天的工作都是一

樣的，但我不感覺枯燥無味，每天上午出稿，傳到我們的播音室，我

們播音員輪流配音，下午兩點左右所有的稿子定稿以后開始錄口導與

口播，再有我們把所有的稿子,配(Next,Iwanttotalkaboutsome

接下來我要說說我再廣播電視局的一些具體工作，我聘用的崗位是播

音員主持人，每天出境十分鐘，播報《肇州新聞》，在學校接受過播

音課的訓練，使得自己對播音有了一定的了解和掌握，剛剛到實習單

位的時候遇到了很多麻煩的事情，比如普通話不標準，本以為我的一

級乙等已經可以滿足要求，上鏡以后特別明顯的發現，自己的調值還

存在很大的問題，還有自己在播音時的手勢，身勢語，還有面部表情,

都存在一定的問題，還好得到老師的幫助與理解，每天的工作都是一

樣的，但我不感覺枯燥無味，每天上午出稿，傳到我們的播音室，我

們播音員輪流配音，下午兩點左右所有的稿子定稿以后開始錄口導與

口播,再有我們把所有的稿子,配(Next,Iwanttotalkaboutsome

在大四剛剛開始的時候我很幸運的被大慶市肇州縣廣播電視局錄用，

成為該局的一名普通的實習播音員，這次被錄用得到了院系老師的高

度重視，正是院里積極地配合和努力，包括我在內的三名同學才獲得

這個職位，在此表示衷心的感謝和誠摯的問候。同樣也對接收單位：

肇州電視臺表示感謝，感謝能給予這個實習工作的機會，感謝領導在

工作中的支持與理解，在貴單位學習到了很多實踐內容，同樣自身的

首先我想說說事業單位企業化管理。肇州縣廣播電視局隸屬于肇州縣

縣委，直接管轄單位是肇州縣縣委宣傳部，肇州縣廣播電視局下設兩

個臺，肇州電視臺和肇州人民廣播電臺，肇州電視臺又分為肇州綜合

頻道和肇州影視文化頻道，自辦節目每天約四十小時，是大慶市縣屬

傳播單位中的佼佼者，具有一定的競爭實力。原電視臺和廣播電臺分

屬于兩個單位，現改革為臺局合一制，改名為縣廣播電視局。全局約

70人，包括播音與主持，管理層有局長，臺長，辦公室主任。很幸

運的是，剛剛到肇州電視臺就有了一次在縣委學習的機會，因為臺局

剛剛合一，企業化改革還沒見成效，臺里大量擴招，我也是其中一個，

televisionstationandradiostationbelongedtotwounits,but

nowtheyhavebeenreformedintoaunifiedsystemofstations

andbureausandrenamedastheCountyRadioandTelevision

Bureau.Thereareabout70peopleintheoverallsituation,

includingbroadcastersandhosts.Themanagementincludesthe

director,thedirector,andtheofficedirector.Fortunately,

Ihadanopportunitytostudyatthecountypartycommitteewhen

IfirstarrivedatZhaozhouTVStation.Becausethebureauhas

justmergedintoone,thecorporatereformhasnotyielded

其實和其他地方的事業單位一樣，凡有收入的事業單位，都應積極試

行企業化管理，充分利用自己的人力、技術、設備等條件，廣開生產

門路，擴大服務項目，提高服務質量，合理組織收入，逐步提高經費

的自給水平和收入水平。肇州電視臺員工資金除縣財政局撥款外，電

視臺廣告所得的各項費用都由廣播電視局自行管理。這就涉及到廣告

費用，各項收費要公平合理的問題，當然是不得隨便提高收費標準，

亂收亂斂，轉嫁負擔。也不能任意降低服務質量，不按計劃完成工作

任務。為了避免這一系列的問題，縣委高度重視，為了保證其合理運

行，規定各項收費的標準。其實事業單位試行企業化管理后，單位的

性質、任務不變。在保證完成事業計劃的前提下，盡力擴大社會需要

的服務項目，制定收費標準，收取合理的服務費用。單位財務開支標

準仍按有關規定執行。增加的收入和節省的經費補貼，留給單位用于

發展事業，開展多種經營，建立后備基金，舉辦集體福利事業和發放

職工獎金。對超額完成事業計劃和增收節支成績顯著的單位，按有關

規定報經批準，職工獎金可略高于一般事業單位。國家撥給單位的正

常事業經費和各類定額補貼，我剛剛在網上查詢到可從一九八三年

起，參照一九八二年預算安排，確定一個基數，一定幾年不變，包干

使用，節余留用，超支自補。對收大于支較多的單位，主管部門也可

適當集中一部分資金，統籌解決本系統事業單位的經費不足。對因遭

受重大自然災害，造成較大經濟損失，單位又無力解決的，經過審查，

可由事業主管部門和同級財政部門酌情幫助解決。（Infact,like
