Althoughresidentialrealestateactivitymakesuplessthan8%oftotalU.S.GDP,ahousing

marketlikethisonecanmakethedifferencebetweenpositiveandnegativegrowth.Most

significantly,consumerspendingis66%ofGDP,andthepurchaseofanewhometendstohave

an'/umbrellaeffect"onthehomeowner'sspendingashehastostockitwithawasher/dryer,
