4Maxsurf中新船建模與型線設(shè)計4.1新船建模與型線設(shè)計型線設(shè)計原則:保證良好的航海性能,考慮船體結(jié)構(gòu)的合理性和工藝性,考慮總布置的要求,滿足型線設(shè)計精度,外觀造型。首先在Maxsurf中用SizeSurface按一定比例放大母型船船模,形成初步新船船模。然后根據(jù)建成的母型船的船體模型以及之前所得的新船主尺度,在Maxsurf的Data菜單中的ParametricTransformation功能,鎖定新船的部分參數(shù)Cb,LWL,B,D進(jìn)行改造,此功能是引用型線改造中的Lackenby法,可同時修改Cp、lp、XB,見圖4-1。Lackenby法的優(yōu)點是:可靈活地按需要來改變面機曲線的要素,但計算較復(fù)雜,需要編制程序,在計算機上進(jìn)行運算和改造。新船船模見圖4-2;新船橫剖面面積曲線見圖4-3;新船型線圖見圖4-4,圖4-5,詳細(xì)圖紙見附錄B圖4-1Lackenby法型線設(shè)計圖圖4-2新船模型圖4-3新船橫剖面面積曲線4.2新船船模的型線三向光順分別取橫剖面,縱剖面,水線面上的曲度最大的曲線,觀察曲率棒是否光順來檢驗一下型線設(shè)計三向光順性,見圖4-1、圖4-2。圖4-1新船橫剖面的三向光順檢驗圖4-2新船縱剖面的三向光順檢驗4.3新船船模的性能參數(shù)新船在Maxsurf建好模型后所得的靜水力計算見表4-1。表4-1靜水力計算項目數(shù)值單位排水量22559t排水體積22009.207m^3船舯吃水8.420m吃水8.420m水線長146.112m水線處最大寬度23.147m濕面積4850.584m^2水線面面積192.227m^2菱形系數(shù)2986.487m^2方形系數(shù)0.784中橫剖面系數(shù)0.773水線面系數(shù)0.987浮心距零點縱向位置-69.967fromzeropt.漂心距零點縱向位置-74.176fromzeropt.浮心垂向高度4.41m初穩(wěn)心半徑5.354m縱穩(wěn)心半徑197.967m橫穩(wěn)性高9.767m縱穩(wěn)性高202.380m5新船快速性的初步計算5.1設(shè)計主要要求設(shè)計航速為15節(jié)。5.2Resistance阻力計算依據(jù)及計算結(jié)果根據(jù)MaxsurfResistance使用說明及新船要求的航速航區(qū)等條件,可以看出用Series60計算出來的結(jié)果都在允許范圍內(nèi),以下是對比過程。方形系數(shù)要求:0.6<Cb<0.8新船Cb=0.773,因此符合要求。要求:5.5<<8.5新船=6.23,因此符合要求。要求:2.5<<3.5新船=2.74,因此符合要求。由此可知,用Series60方法計算新船快速性。在航速為15kn時功率為4932kW()81%:圖5-1航速與主機功率關(guān)系表5-1新船部分快速性計算表項目航速(kn)阻力(KN)功率(KW)113.125344.42871.187213.500370.03172.623313.875400.83531.957414.250434.63932.902514.625471.04375.266615.000517.74932.216計算結(jié)果得出航速在15節(jié)的時候船收到的阻力為517kN,主機功率為4932kW下就是關(guān)系曲線圖5-2、圖5-3和計算表5-1。圖5-2功率與航速的關(guān)系曲線圖圖5-3阻力與航速的關(guān)系曲線圖由以上圖5-2圖5-3表5-1可以看出,當(dāng)新船的航速達(dá)到15節(jié)時,將會受到516.03kN大小的阻力,主機功率的需求為4916kW。與之前考慮到功率儲備時的主機功率5440kw相近,所以新船主機功率是滿足任務(wù)設(shè)計書里面的快速性要求。

6性能初步估計與校核6.1干舷計算及校核懸掛中國國旗的非國際航行船舶需要遵守中國《船舶設(shè)計實用手冊》[7]中各有關(guān)規(guī)定。1)最小干舷校核最小干舷可由(6-1)[1]計算。(6-1)2)基本干舷F0公約和法規(guī)中A型船(本設(shè)計船屬于此類)以船長為參數(shù)列表給出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)船的基本干舷如表6-1所示,基本干舷由表1-9插值取得[1]。F0≈1875mm表6-1A類船舶基本表列干舷船長干舷143185314418701451886對于干舷修正值f1,根據(jù)《國際航行的海船法定檢驗技術(shù)規(guī)則》,在船長LPP>100m,取值為0,新船符合要求,因此f1=0。3)方形系數(shù)對干舷的修正值(6-2)故計算得出128.22mm4)型深對干舷的修正值(6-3)L>120m,R=250mm,故計算得出472.16mm上層建筑和圍壁對干舷的修正值(6-4)L>122m,=-1070mm,根據(jù)文獻(xiàn)[1]可得K=0.075,故=-80.25mm非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)弧對干舷的修正值缺少母型船資料,并且初步設(shè)計時可暫不修正。則F=2.4m,d+F=10.82m<D,因此最小干舷符合要求。6.2艙室初步劃分1)肋骨間距的選取REF_Ref10105\w\h[2]:Sb10.0016PP0.1000(6-5)計算取肋骨間距為0.6m首尾尖艙長度的確定LfLPP0.08(6-6)LaLPP0.05(6-7)計算得LA=6.9m;LF=11.4m;3)機艙長度的確定機艙所需長度——可以用統(tǒng)計公式估算:LM=15+0.607Pmcr/1000=18.26(6-5)這里取19.2m4)貨油艙布置的確定根據(jù)我國船級社《鋼制海船入級規(guī)范》REF_Ref7673\r\h[4]規(guī)定海船的水密橫艙壁的總數(shù)一般應(yīng)不少于其最小數(shù)目的規(guī)定,船長在范圍內(nèi),尾機型的水密艙壁數(shù)目應(yīng)不少于8個,5)貨油艙長度的確定泵艙取4.8m首隔離艙1.8m污油艙2.4mL=144.3-11.4-6.9-5-19.2=102m實際貨油長=97.8m6)雙層底高和邊艙寬度的確定依照MARPOL公約的要求,在時,對雙層底高以及邊艙寬度應(yīng)按照以下公式:H==1.6m(6-6)(6-7)所以本船邊艙寬度取2.3m,雙層底高度取1.6m。艙室初步劃分示意圖6-1,圖6-2.圖6-1新船艙室劃分圖1圖6-2新船艙室劃分圖2
