5.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

7.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

9.1PartyA'sdominanceinthisContractistoensurethatitsinterestsareprioritizedandprotectedthroughoutthetransactionprocess.

9.2Byhavingaclearandcomprehensiveagreement,PartyAcaneffectivelymanageitsrisksandmaximizeitsreturnsfromthesaleoftheGoods.
