LIFECHOICES主題語(yǔ)境人與自我——積極的生活態(tài)度SectionⅢ

WRITINGWORKSHOP&READINGCLUB課時(shí)學(xué)案寫作如何寫電子郵件[基本框架]1.標(biāo)題欄一般寫在左上角,包括發(fā)件人姓名、郵箱地址、發(fā)件日期、收件人姓名、郵箱地址以及郵件主題。排列格式為:FROM:發(fā)件人姓名、郵箱地址DATE:發(fā)件日期TO:收件人姓名、郵箱地址SUBJECT:簡(jiǎn)明扼要地介紹郵件的內(nèi)容。通常是單詞、短語(yǔ),偶爾用句子。2.稱呼位于正文的開頭。如何稱呼,要看發(fā)件人與收件人的關(guān)系而定。若是同學(xué)、朋友,可以直呼其名;若是長(zhǎng)輩或上級(jí),要在姓氏前加上Mr,Miss,Mrs,Dr,Professor等表示稱謂的詞。

3.正文正文要簡(jiǎn)潔明了。簡(jiǎn)單問候之后,就要開門見山地說明寫郵件的目的。這部分內(nèi)容的寫作相對(duì)自由,但對(duì)于電子郵件的回復(fù),需緊扣“回復(fù)”這一字眼,要“問有所答,疑有所解”。在高考中,要按照試題要求的內(nèi)容來(lái)寫,最重要的是表達(dá)要清楚、有條理,語(yǔ)言要準(zhǔn)確、流暢。4.結(jié)尾客套話結(jié)尾的客套話通常很簡(jiǎn)潔,如Yours,Thanks等,一般寫在左下角,有時(shí)也寫在右下角。
