7.貸款合同副本二、違約行為及認(rèn)定：1.未按約定的期限和金額償還貸款本金和利息。

2.未按照約定用途使用貸款。

3.提供虛假信息或隱瞞重要事實(shí)。

4.未按約定提供擔(dān)保或保證。

5.未經(jīng)貸款人同意，將貸款用于其他目的。三、法律名詞及解釋：1.貸款人：指提供貸款的金融機(jī)構(gòu)或個(gè)人。

2.借款人：指接受貸款的金融機(jī)構(gòu)或個(gè)人。

3.貸款金額：指合同約定的借款人可獲得的資金總額。
