Wonderland-thestoryofaVictoriangirlwhofallsdownarabbithole,

meetsalotoffunnycharactersandexperiencesallkindsofthings.At

thattime,Blackman'swifewassufferingfromprogressiveblindness.The

storyofAlicemovingthroughthestrangesituations,oftendisheartened

byvariousevents,wassimilartohiswife'sexperiences.Italsoreflected

somuchofhisownlife.Allthiscontributedtothecompletionofthe
