InallcasesthereferencemethodsshallbethoseofthisRegulation,particularlyforthepurposeofadministrativeverificationandsampling.2.3. NatureofsamplingSamplesofdevicesshallbeselectedatrandomfromtheproductionofauniformbatch.Auniformbatchmeansasetofdevicesofthesametype,definedaccordingtotheproductionmethodsofthemanufacturer.Theassessmentshallingeneralcoverseriesproductionfromindividualfactories.However,amanufacturermaygrouptogetherrecordsconcerningthesametypefromseveralfactories,providedtheseoperateunderthesamequalitysystemandqualitymanagement.2.4. Measuredandrecordedphotometriccharacteristics.ThesampleddeviceshallbesubjectedtophotometricmeasurementsprovidedforintheRegulation.2.5. Criteriagoverningacceptability.Themanufacturerisresponsibleforcarryingoutastatisticalstudyofthetestresultsandfordefining,inagreementwiththecompetentauthority,criteriagoverningtheacceptabilityofhisproductsinordertomeetthespecificationslaiddownforverificationofconformityofproductsinparagraph10.1.ofthisRegulation.Thecriteriagoverningtheacceptabilityshallbesuchthat,withaconfidencelevelof95percent,theminimumprobabilityofpassingaspotcheckinaccordancewithannex7(firstsampling)wouldbe0.95.Annex7MINIMUMREQUIREMENTSFORSAMPLINGBYANINSPECTOR1. GENERAL1.1.Theconformityrequirementsshallbeconsideredsatisfiedfromamechanicalandageometricstandpoint,inaccordancewiththe共18頁第7頁E/ECE/324｝Add.3/Rev.1/Amend.1E/ECE/TRANS/505A第4號條例2.2.3. 第2.2.1.款和第2.2.2.款的適用，要求定期校準試驗設備及其與主管當局所作測量的相關性。2.2.4. 在所有情況下，參考方法都應是本條例中的方法，尤其是行政管理驗證和抽樣時使用的方法。2.3. 抽樣的性質應從同一標準的批次生產中隨機抽取裝置樣本。同一標準批次指的是型式相同的一組裝置，由制造商生產方式限定。一般而言評定應該包括各個體制造廠的批量生產。然而，倘若制造廠以同一質量體系和質量管理體系運營，則制造商可以把各制造廠生產的同型相關記錄集中在一起。2.4. 實測和記錄下來的光度測定特性抽取的裝置樣本應該經受本條例規定的光度測量。2.5. 可接受性標準為了與本條例第10.1.款中規定的產品一致性驗證規格相一致，制造商負責統計分析試驗結果，并與主管當局協商同意后，制定出其產品的可接受性標準。在95％的置信水平下，可接受性標準應為：按照附件7（首次抽樣）抽查的最低合格概率為0.95。附件7檢驗人員取樣最低要求1. 總則1.1. 從力學和幾何學觀點看，與一致性要求之間如有差異，只要未超出本條例要求的不可避免的制造偏差范圍，則視為滿足一致性要求。共18頁第8頁E/ECE/324}Add3/Rev.1/Amend1E/ECE/TRANS/505requirementsofthisRegulation,ifany,ifthedifferencesdonotexceedinevitablemanufacturingdeviations.1.2.Withrespecttophotometricperformance,theconformityofmass-produceddevicesshallnotbecontestedif,whentestingphotometricperformancesofanydevicechosenatrandomandequippedwithastandardfilamentlamp,orwhenthelampsareequippedwithnon-replaceablelightsources(filamentlampsorother),andwhenallmeasurementsaremadeat6.75V,13.5Vor28.0Vrespectively:1.2.1. nomeasuredvaluedeviatesunfavourablybymorethan20percentfromthevaluesprescribedinthisRegulation.1.2.2.
