RMByuan;2．甲方在確認設計方案結構圖紙后向乙方支付合同所列明的全部尾款設計費的50%，即人民幣元；2.PartyAshall,uponconfirmingthestructuraldrawingsofthedesignscheme,payPartyB50%ofthetotalfinaldesignfeespecifiedinthecontract,i.e.RMBYuan;3．后續的該系列產品項目依照上述付款方法辦理。甲乙雙方在第一款產品合作完成后均有權終止該系列設計合同。雙方也可以再行商議后續合作模式。3.Thepaymentforthesubsequentprojectsoftheseriesofproductsshallbeprocessedsubjecttotheabovepaymentmethod.Thepartiesheretohavetherighttoterminatethedesigncontractuponthecompletionofthefirstproductandcanalsodiscussthesubsequentmodeofco-operation.第七條乙方向甲方交付研究設計成果的方式Article7ModeofPartyB’sdeliveryofresearchanddesignresultstoPartyA1．研究設計成果交付的形式及數量：按本合同第二條規定辦理。1.Theformandquantityofresearchanddesignresultsdelivered:EffectsubjecttotheprovisionsofArticle2hereof.2．研究設計成果交付的時間及地點：電子郵件交付。2.Timeandplaceofdeliveryofresearchanddesignresults:deliverybye-mail.第八條對研究設計成果的驗收Article8.Acceptanceofresearchanddesignresults雙方確定，按以下標準及方法對乙方完成的研究設計成果進行驗收：在線上或線下召開評審會議。Article8TheresearchanddesignresultscompletedbyPartyBshallbeacceptedbythepartiesheretopursuanttothefollowingcriteriaandmethods:onlineorofflinereviewmeeting.第九條研究設計成果的知識產權Article9Intellectualpropertyrightsofresearchanddesignresults雙方確定，因履行本合同所產生的研究設計成果及其相關知識產權權利的所有權按下列第1種方式辦理：Article9Thepartiesheretoconfirmthattheownershipoftheresearchanddesignresultsandtheirrelatedintellectualpropertyrightsarisingfromthefulfillmenthereofshallbetreatedasthefollowingmanner:1．甲方付清全款后享有產品設計成果的所有權及外觀專利的申請權利。專利權取得后的使用和有關利益分配方式如下：由甲方所有。1．PartyAshallenjoytheownershipoftheproductdesignresultsandtherighttoapplyfortheappearancepatentuponpayingthefullamount.Theuseofthepatentrightandtherelevantbenefitsuponacquisitionthereofshallbedistributedasfollows:ownedbyPartyA.第十二條不可抗
