日內，根據甲方的有關資料和本合同的技術要求，完成技術設計書的編制，并交甲方審定。1.WithindaysfromthedateuponreceiptofPartyA'srelevantdataanddocuments,makecompletionofpreparationofthetechnicaldesigndocumentinaccordancewithPartyA'srelevantdataanddocumentsandthetechnicalrequirementshereofandsubmitthesametoPartyAforapproval.2、自收到甲方對技術設計書同意實施的審定意見之日起

日內組織測繪隊伍進場作業。2.OrganizethesurveyingandmappingteamaccessthesiteforoperationwithindaysfromthedateuponreceiptofPartyA'sapprovalopiniononimplementationofthetechnicaldesigndocument.3、乙方應當根據技術設計書要求確保測繪項目如期完成。3.PartyBshallensurethesurveyingandmappingprojectbeingcompletedonscheduleinaccordancewiththerequirementsofthetechnicaldesigndocument.4、允許甲方內部使用乙方為執行本合同所提供的屬乙方所有的測繪成果。4.PartyAisallowedtointernallyusetheachievementsandresultsofsurveyingandmappingprovidedbyPartyBfortheexecutionofthiscontract.5、未經甲方允許，乙方不得將本合同標的的全部或部分轉包給第三方。5.WithoutPartyA’spermission,PartyBshallnotsubcontractwholeoranypartofthepresentcontracttothirdparty.第七條測繪項目完成工期Article7Completiontermofthesurveyingandmappingprojects第八條測繪成果驗收Article8Acceptanceofsurveyingandmappingresults乙方應當于工程完工之日起日內書面通知甲方驗收，甲方應當自接到完工通知之日起

日內，組織有關專家，依據本合同約定使用的技術標準和技術要求，對乙方所完工的測繪工程完成驗收，并出具測繪成果驗收報告書。對乙方所提供的測繪成果的質量有爭議的，由測區所在地的省級測繪產品質量監督檢驗站裁決。其費用由敗訴方承擔。PartyBshallnotifyPartyAinwritingofacceptancewithindayofcompletionoftheproject.PartyAshall,withindayofreceivingthenoticeofcompletion,organizerelevantexperts,inaccordancewiththetechnicalstandardsandtechnicalrequirementsstipulatedherein,completetheacceptanceofthesurveyingandmappingprojectcompletedbyPartyB,andissuetheacceptancereportofsurveyingandmappingresults.AnydisputeoverthequalityofsurveyingandmappingachievementsprovidedbyPartyBshallbeappealedtheprovincialsupervisionandinspectionstationofsurveyingandmappingproductqualityinthelocationofthesurveyareaforjudgmentandthechargesthereofshallbebornebythelosingparty.第九條測繪成果權屬Article9Ownershipofsurveyingandmappingresults對乙方測繪成果的所有權、使用權和著作權歸屬的約定：Theagreementonownership,rightofuseandcopyrightownershipofPartyB'sachievementsofsurveyingandmapping:第十一條交付測繪成果Article11Submissionofsurveyingachievements1、自測繪工程費全部結清之日起
