weren,timportanttome.Iwasstilltryingtocopewiththedeath,destruction,
andevilIhadseeninVietnam.
Ifeltlikewehaddoneterriblethingstoinnocentpeoplethere,andinturn,I
hadseenterriblethingsdonetomyfriends.Iwithdrewfrommyfriendsand
startedcollege.
ThenIquitcollageandtookmanydifferentjobs.Ispentalotofmytimeand
moneyonalcoholandotherdrugs.Finally,inanefforttogetmylifegoingin
therightdirectionagain,IsoldeverythingandtookwhatlittlemoneyIhadand
