Recently,deliveringmyson’snightlybedtimestoryhasreawakenedmyloveforreadingoutloud-highlightssofarhaveincludedCharlotte’sWeb.ButIneverthoughtI’dgettheopportunitytodoitprofessionally.

So,I’vespentthisweekinastudio,simplyreadingstuffoutloud.AndI’mLOVINGIT!

Mindyou,it’sanentirelyunexpectedexperience.It’sdishearteningwhentherecordingneedstobestoppedbecauseI’vejustcarelesslyskippedovera’the’,orhadtoclearmythroat,orcatchmybreath.I’vealsolearnedhowmanywordsI’vebeenmispronouncingmyentirelife:behaviouralisBE-HAYVE-YOU-RAL,notBE-HAYVE-EE-AH-RUL.
