TESTANDSEATRAILJH9105-946-01SY第13頁以安全工作負荷最大速度運行時，操作手柄迅速回到中位，試驗剎車機構是否安全準確的停止其動作。升降、變幅剎車滑移量可以在重物處測量，也可以測量卷筒轉數，回轉動作的滑移量可以測量轉動部分的轉角。4.5.9Emergencytest應急試驗Inlinkagemotiontest,switchoffpowersupplysuddenly,checkwhetherallparts’stoparesafeandreliable;inhoisting&loweringmotion,switchoffpowersupplysuddenly,andloosehoisting&loweringbrakebyoperatinghandpump,checkwhetherloadlowerssafely.聯合動作試驗時，突然中斷電源，檢查各部分的停止是否可靠。升降動作時，突然中斷電源，用手搖泵松開升降制動器，檢查重物是否安全的落下。4.6Overloadtest超負荷試驗4.6.1WhenjibtoMax.workingradius,hoisting1.25timesSWLawayfromground,laststimenolessthan5min.吊臂在最大幅臂位置時，將1.25倍的安全負荷吊離地面，保持懸掛時間不少于5min。4.6.2Slowlycarryouthoisting&lowering,luffingandturningnolessthantwice,checkwhetherallpartsarenormalandingoodcondition.緩慢進行升降、變幅、回轉動作不少于2次，檢查起重機各結構有無異常變化。4.6.3Carryouthoisting&loweringbraketestnolessthantwice,brakepositioniswhenloadlowerstoabout3m;checkwhetherhoisting&loweringbrakesarereliable.升降機構應進行剎車試驗不少于2次，剎車試驗應在試驗負載快速下降約3m處進行，檢查升降剎車的可靠性4.6.4Afteroverloadtest,readjustoverloadprotectingdevice.超負載試驗后，應調定超負荷保護裝置，應保證其正確可靠。4.6.5Afteroverload,carryoutsafeapplicationtest,theproceduresaresameasitem5.超負載試驗后應進行安全效用試驗，內容同“5”。4.7超負荷保護試驗Overloadprotectingtest4.7.1Afteroverload,carryoutoverloadprotectingtest.

SCHEDULEOFHULLLPARTFORMOORINGJH9105-946-01SY 第14頁TESTANDSEATRAIL 、超負荷試驗后，應進行超負載保護試驗。4.7.2Adjustsystemsafevalvetoratedworkingcondition.調定系統安全閥至額定工作狀態。4.7.3Hoisting1.1timesSWL.起吊1.1倍的安全工作負荷。4.7.4Thesystemsafevalveshouldbeoverflowbeforeloadawayfromground.吊重應不能被吊離地面，系統安全閥應溢流。4.8InsulationResistancemeasurement絕緣電阻測試4.8.1Beforecranerunning,measureinsulationresistancethrough500Vmeggerinenvironmentalcondition,theinsulationresistancebetweenmainpowercircuitandearthshouldn’tbelessthan20MQ;theinsulationresistancebetweencontrolpowercircuitandearthshouldn’tbelessthan5MQ.起重機運轉前，在環境條件下用500V的兆歐表進行絕緣電阻測試，主電路與地之間的絕緣電阻值應不低于20M。，控制電路與地之間的絕緣電阻值應不低于5M。。4.8.2Aftercontinuous2hours’running,measureinsulationresistanceofphasesamongmainpowercircuit,betweenphaseandearth,whoseresistanceshouldn'tlessthan5MQ,theresistancebetweencontrolpowercircuitandearthshouldn'tlessthan1M。。起重機連續運轉2h后，緊接著在主電路相與相、相與地之間測試絕緣電阻，其值應不低于5M。，控制電路與地之間的絕緣電阻應不低于1M。。4.9Waterprooftest水密防水試驗4.9.1Carryoutwatertighttestthroughimpressiontestmethod.用壓痕法進行水密試驗4.9.2Theimpressionshouldbecontinuousandevenness,whoseimpressionwidthshouldn'tlessthan2/3presswidth.壓痕法的痕跡應連續均勻，其壓痕寬度不少于壓寬的三份之二。4.10Checkaftertest試驗結束后檢查4.10.1Aftertest,thoroughlycheckwhethercranepartsareabnormalandwithotherdefects.
