Anofferistheexpressionofthewishesofthesellertosellparticulargoodsunderstatedterms(includingquality,prices,timeofshipment,termsofpaymentetc.).Thepersonmakingtheofferiscalled“offeror”報盤人,whilethepersonreceivingtheofferiscalled“offeree受盤人”Ininternationalbusiness,offerscanbedividedintotwokinds:firmofferandnon-firmoffer.現在問題來了:
