General臺山核電站一期工程HGU管溝是連接循環水虹吸井（HCA）與重要廠用水泵房（HPA/C）專設的重要冷卻水

11、管溝。采用核島反應堆坐標系（坐標以1980西安坐標系為準），反應堆廠房標高0.00相對于8.7m(國家85高程系)，所有標高都以反應堆廠房的相對標高為準；HGU管溝外截面大部分為3.5m3.5m，內孔大部分截面為2.5m2.5m的方孔，側壁及底板、頂板均為500mm厚的現澆鋼筋混凝土結構；結構需進行找坡，找坡坡度分別為0.3%、0.34%與0.38%。HGU管溝替代砼及墊層采用C25砼，主體結構采用歐標C35/45砼；管溝共計10段(060069段)。In Taishan Nuclear Power Station project(Phase 1), HGU is essential cool

12、ing water pipeway which is dedicated to link the recycled water siphon well(HCA) and essential service pump station(HPA/C). Coordinate system of NuclearIsland reactor is applied(XI AN Coordinate System 1980). Level 0.00 of reactor building corresponds to 8.7m of National Elevation Datum 1985. All le

13、vels relate to the reference level of reactor building. The outside section of HGU is largely square hole of 3.5m3.5m and inside section is largely square hole of 2.5m2.5m. The side wall, base slab and top slab of the pipeway are reinforcement concrete structure of 500mm thick which shall be cast in

14、 situ.The slop shall be made in structure and the slope varies from 0.3%, 0.34% to 0.38%. The C25 concrete shall be applied to the HGU Pipeway constitute concrete and bedding concrete, while EN C35/45 concrete shall be applied to the main structure. The pipeway has 10 sections in total(from 060 to 0

Division of Construction Joints按照施工圖紙，HGU管溝驗槽后應立即澆筑墊層，逐段施工。主體隊需按照工程部編制的進度計劃完成每個控制點的施工。每段在底板頂面以上500mm的位置設一水平施工縫，每段砼分為上下兩次澆筑。Acco

The main structure team shall finish the construction of every control-point according to the schedule compiled by the engineering department. A horizontal c

53、ete6.1 管溝墊層混凝土可根據現場具體情況分段澆筑，測量隊應依據設計圖紙每段找坡要求放線，管溝結構砼不再找坡。6.1 The bedding concrete of pipeway shall be placed by section according to the site condition. The survey team shall be setting out according to the requirement of making-slop in the design drawing and theres no need to make slope in the pipe

54、way structural concrete. 6.2 管溝墊層混凝土采用C25砼，對于超挖部位需采用替代混凝土澆筑，替代混凝土較厚的部位需分層澆筑，分層厚度為40cm。6.2 The C25 concrete shall be applied to the pipeway bedding concrete.
