1、新目標英語（八年級上）Unit7 Section A說課課件、說教材一、教材分析 本課是新目標英語八年級上冊第七單元Section A部分。教材以How do you make a banana milk shake ?為中心話題，圍繞著描述“一種食品的制作過程”展開。學習和運用重點詞匯及句型，turn on ,cut up, pourinto及How do you make a banana milk shake / fruit salad ? 讓學生談論一種家庭事物的制作過程和分享食物。本課教學內容與學生的實際生活密切相關，易于引發學生用簡單的英語進行交際和交流。(二)、教學目標 根據英語

2、課程標準關于目標的具體描述，結合第七單元的教材內容。我按語言知識、語言技能、學習策略、情感態度、文化意識五個方面將本節課的教學目標細化： 1、知識目標：單詞：學習掌握詞匯：shake、blender、turn on等。功能：描述一種食物的制作過程句型：How do you make a banana milk shake? 2、語言技能：聽：能聽懂制作一種食品的對話材料說：能夠描述制作一種家庭食品的過程讀：能讀懂介紹食物制作過程的文字寫：能運用重點單詞和句型描述自己喜歡的食物 的制作過程 3、情感目標：通過在課堂上制作食品，激發學生的學習興趣，學生之間相互描述交流，了解他人的喜好，增進情誼。了

3、解一些食譜知識，學會做一些西方的菜譜。（三）、教學重點及難點重點難點詞匯：milk shake blender turn on cut up 等能夠選擇恰當的動詞描述制作一種家庭食品的過程。 歸于以上的教學目標和重難點，在本課教學過程中，在注重啟發引導、培養學生分析、描述、概括能力的同時，更要注重教學方法的靈活性。通過任務型教學法、情景交際法、全身反應教學法等，激發學生學習興趣，讓學生樂于接受，易于接受。 1、任務型語言教學法 在本課的任務型語言教學中，我依據課程的總體目標并結合教 學內容，創造性地設計貼近學生生活實際的任務活動，吸引和組織他們積極參與，使學生通過觀察、思考、討論、交流和合作等

4、方式，在一種自然、真實或模擬真實的情景中體會語言、掌握語言的應用。 二、說教法 2、全身反應教學法 全身反應教學法，注重語言活動中的互動模式，認為學生在一個較放松的環境中學習效果最佳。緊張、焦慮的情緒對學習英語不利。在本節課中，我以聽力訓練為主，待聽力和理解能力得到提高后，方進入說話訓練，使自然而然的學會語言的方法。 3、情景交際法 課堂教學以情景交際教學法為主，盡量給學生以足夠的聽、說、讀、寫的機會，聯系課文實際，創設情景，引入主題，在交際中學英語。 多媒體輔助教學法 將本課所需要的動畫、錄音、圖片、文字和音樂制作成課件。使抽象的語言變得直觀，為學生運用英語進行交際創設情景，實現師生互動、生

5、生互動和人機互動的多向交流。 三、學法指導 新制定的英語課程標準把“培養學生學習英語的興趣，樹立自信心，培養良好學習習慣和形成有效策略，發展自主學習和合作精神”放在了首位。依據課改的精神，我從以下幾個方面對學生進行學法指導。 1、學習方法的指導 培養學生觀察力，想象力及思維能力。用生動的課件調動學生的感官進行聽說讀寫的訓練。 2、學習積極性的調動 我在教學過程中創造一種開放的、和諧的、積極互動的語言氛圍，把課堂變成有聲有色的舞臺，讓學生在樂中學。 3、學習能力的培養 本節課在課堂活動中把學生分成小組，讓他們圍繞對制作香蕉奶昔過程的描述，進而對制做水果色拉的過程進行描述在活動中讓學生相互探討、相
