Job TitleThe position of the Employee is General Manager who reportsto the Chairman of Directors of the Board or to the personnel ofthe mother company (ora sistercompany) appointedby the Chairman.The Employees duties may include but not necessarily belimited to sales and marketing activit

Place of Work and Working HoursThe place of work may be located in an appointed office ofthe Company or the Employee may work at any other place agreed byboth the Company and the Employee. The Employee may be required tomake local and overseas travels occa
4、sionally in order to performthe duties.The total number of working hours is 40 hours per week,excludinglunch/ break.Working Hours: Weekdays 08:45 :45,14:00 18:00 (:45 14:00 lunch / break) Weekends andPublic Holidays: Off4. RemunerationThe Employees monthly salary will be Salary with atwelfth month s
5、alary for a complete year of services, or pro-ratedwith the calendar year payable at the end of December.The pay for the referred period will be deposited on theEmployeesbank accounton the lastweekday of the month. TheEmployees salary shall be annually reviewed and anadjustment of the salary, if any
6、, will be made with effect fromJanuary 20 xx.5. 7、InsuranceThe Employees medical insurance will be provided bythe Company.7. TerminationTermination terms for the both parties will be one (1)months written notice orpayment in lieu hereof.9. Conflict of InterestThe Employee shall not engage,participateor beinvolvedinany trades of businesses第
