18、時，送 料與風機的頻率會自動減慢至保溫狀態(tài)，溫度低于設(shè)定值時送料與風 機自動加速至設(shè)定頻率工作。9.3 Along with the burn er works, the temperature rises; whe n the curre nt crucible temperature is higher than the setting temperature, the feeding frequency and fan frequency will automatically slow to the heat preservation condition; when the temper

19、ature is lower than the setting value, the feeding frequency and fan frequency will automatically accelerate to the setting frequency.9.4熔煉爐投入使用后，燃燒室與熔爐火口必須每天扒灰保養(yǎng)一次， 保持燃燒火口、燃燒室內(nèi)爐排下灰口及爐膛火口內(nèi)不能有過多的積灰， 如果幾天不清灰會結(jié)成氧化物堵塞火槍口，很難清除。9.4 After the smelting furnace is put into use, the combustion chamber and sto

24、 and destroy the crucible accordingly.9.9料液不可加得過滿，料液高度低于堆堀邊沿3050mm,以防料液溢出到火槍口造成堵塞，損壞爐膛及Wo9.8 The feeding liquid can 't be overfilled; the height of the feeding liquid shall be 30-50 mm lower than the edge of the crucible, so as to avoid the jamming due to the overflowed feeding liquid at the fir

25、e hole, and destroying the hearth and crucible.9.10在加料前請將料錠或料頭先預熱，不能一次性投放過多，在生產(chǎn)過程中均勻加料。9.10 Please preheat the material in gots or in got heads before chargi ng; excessive feeding is not allowed in a lump sum; the uniform feeding shall be done in the production process.9.11將熔化的料液轉(zhuǎn)入堆堀前，必須先將堆堀加熱至金屬熔點溫

26、度附 近后再加入，如低于上述溫度時加入料液，會引起堆堀破裂。9.11 Before the melt feeding liquid is delivered into the crucible, it is essential to heat the crucible to the melting point temperature firstly; if the temperature is lower than the abovementioned temperature, the feeding materials will bring about the rupture of cruc

27、ible.9.12停爐若不超過24小時，建議不停爐，可將料液溫度設(shè)定在金屬 熔點溫度以上保溫，再次使用前2小時左右將料液溫度重新設(shè)定到使用溫度即可。9.12 If the furnace shutdown time is less than 24 hours, then it is recommended not to shut down the furnace; it is feasible to set the feeding liquid temperate to the metal meting point temperature for heat preservation; in 2

31、“OFFB置，斷開電控箱內(nèi)空氣開關(guān)；打開所有清灰口清理積灰，鎖緊好清灰口蓋，蓋好堀蓋，斷開電源。9.15 If the furnace is planned to be shut down, then all the feeding liquidin the crucible shall be cleaned up; adjust the fun switch ” and " power switch ” to OFF", disconnect the air switch in the electrical cabinet; open all ash-dischargin

33、either collide it with the mechanical force, nor make it fall from the height.10.2堆堀放置區(qū)絕對要避免潮濕及防淋水，不可直接放于地面上，需放置在棧板上并密封。10.2 The crucible shall absolutely keep dry and avoid moisture, shall not be put on the ground directly; the crucible shall be placed on the pallet and sealed off.10.3搬運時不可在地面上橫向滾動

34、，需用運輸工具來搬運，并在運輸工具上墊上紙皮或碎布來防震。10.3 When carrying the crucible, the horizontal rolling on the ground is not allowed; it is essential to carry the crucible by vehicles, and place the papers or rag cuttings on the vehicle for avoid shocking.10.4投料時料定要沿堆堀壁垂直緩慢加入，防止料錠用力過大撞擊或擠壓土甘堀。10.4 When feedi ng the ma

35、terials, it is esse ntial to add the feedi ng in got slowly and vertically along the crucible wall, so as to prevent the feedingin got from hitting or squeezi ng the crucible due to overexerti on.10.5酸化物(除渣劑)使用需適量，以免侵蝕W,過量使用會損壞Wo10.5 Acidified matters (the deslaggi ng age nt) shall be used moderatel

36、y, so as to avoid the erosion of the crucible; the excessive use can damage the crucible.10.6停電或停爐堆堀內(nèi)剩余料液要及時取出，堆堀內(nèi)盡量不要留有殘液，以免下次開爐時熱膨脹造成堆堀損壞，停爐后要蓋好爐蓋保持余 溫，防止堆堀受潮。10.6 When powering off or shutting down the furnace, the remaining feeding liquid in the crucible shall be removed timely; avoid the residu

37、e of feeding liquid in the crucible as much as possible, so as to avoid the damage of crucible due to the thermal expansion in the next blow-in. After the shutdown of the furnace, it is essential to cover the furnace lid and keep the warm, so as to prevent the crucible from moisture.10.7每日工作完成后請在堀體通

38、紅時及時清理堀內(nèi)壁附著的殘渣，免殘渣過多影響傳熱效率及降低熔解率，甚至由于熱膨脹而造成堆堀的損壞。10.7 After the completion of daily work, please clean up the attached residues on the inner wall of the crucible when the crucible body is red, so as not to affect the heat transfer efficiency and decrease the melting rate due to the excessive residue

39、s, even the damage of the crucible caused by the thermal expansion.10.8 停用后需使用前將坩堝預熱 45 小時除濕，對坩堝使用壽命有 幫助。10.8 After shutdown, the crucible shall be preheated in 4-5 hours for dehumidification before next use; such operation is helpful to the service of the crucible.10.9 更換坩堝時， 需在堝臺上墊上耐火棉材料， 避免坩堝與堝臺粘

40、連。10.9 When replacing the crucible, it is essential to pad the fireproof cotton materials on the crucible bench, so as to avoid the adhesion between the crucible and bench.10.10 為了提高坩堝使用壽命， 請客戶務(wù)必做到： 坩堝每使用 30 天轉(zhuǎn) 動一次，以便調(diào)整火槍口與坩堝的接觸面。10.10 For increasing the service life of crucible, please make sure th
