11、the boy if he stole again.(男孩的父親威脅說如果他再偷東西的話,就要揍他)B. vi.預示的惡兆;使有的危險 The clouds threaten rain.g預示有雨)(3) takeon在本句中為“擔心,不安” 。此外,還有下面的幾種含義:1.“雇傭”。take on a new secretary 雇傭新秘書”2.“承擔(工作,責任)“ Don t take on more work than you can do正要接受超過 你所能負荷的工作量)3 (4) straight既可用作形容詞,也可用作副詞。straight用做副詞的例子:Stand up str

Here they come.導 入聽力教學。先播放一遍錄音。2.研討、探究與實踐:(1) What s up?怎么回事?怎么樣? 相當于 What s going on? What s wrong? What s the matter? What happened?且是現代流行口語中 What s up ?也可用于打
19、招呼,相當于 How are you ?意為 “怎么樣?還好嗎”(2)Take it easy.常用口語,意為: A. “別急;慢慢來”。如:Take it easy; wehave got plenty of time.別急,我們有的是時間。B. “請放松;別緊張”。如: Take it easy when you are on the stage上臺不要緊張。C.“注意;小心點! ” D.另外,也可用于告別,表示“再見;慢走;保重” 。3.聽力參考答 案: What s new with you ? 21、“說明原因”的會話場景。2.研討、探究與實踐:1).讓學生用書中的useful expressions每組兩人進行簡單的對話。2).文中的語言點 happen常用動詞(是 不及物動詞,不能用于被動語態),意為A. “發生”如:The accident happened outside my house.這個事故發生在我家房子的外面。B. happen to (to是介詞),“發生在身上“ ,如:If anything happen to the machine, please let us know.如果機器出了毛病,請通知我們。C. “碰巧”與不定式連用,如:I happenedto be
22、in the market yesterday when the fire started.昨天發生火災時, 我正 好在市 場里。 用于 It happened that旬型。如:It happened that we were neighbors at that time.那時我們恰好是鄰居。上面提到的兩種結構可以互相轉換,如: Ithappened that I had no money with me.=I happened to have no money with me. promise 常見用法: A . n. “承諾,諾言。如: Give me your promise that

24、eech。接引語和間接引語)直 接引述別人的原話,叫直接引語。用自己的話轉述別人的話,叫間接引語。問接 引語在多數情況下構成賓語從句。直接引語一般前后要加引號,間接引語不用引號。 如:Mr. Black said, I like playing football. (直接引語)Mr. Black said that he liked playing football.(間接引語)1.直接引語如果是陳述句,變為間接引語時,用連詞that引導(that在口語中常省略),從句中的人稱、時態、 指示代詞、時間狀語、地點狀語等要根據具體語境作相應變化。在這一方面,漢語和英語有許多相似之外,因此,在做直接
25、引語和間接引語轉換練習時,要特別注意句子的意思。 (1)人稱的變化 A. He said: I want to see you. He said that the wanted to see him. B. He said to me, “I ve left my book in your room.He told to me that he had left his book in my room. (2)時態變化 如主句的謂語動詞 是一般過去時,直接引語引語時,從句的謂語動詞在時態方面要作相應的變化。(如主句的謂語動詞是現在時,從句的時態則無需變化。)一般現在時 一般過去時.He said
26、, “I cant do it myself. He said that he couldn t do it himself . 現 在進行時 過去進行時 He said, “I am reading the book. He said that he was reading the book .現在完成時 過去完成時 She said, “I have not heard from him since May. She said that she had not heard from him since Mayr股過去時 過去 完成時 He said, “I came to help you

He said that he had finished his homework before supper.般將來時 過去將來時 Zhou Lan said ,“I will do it after class. Zhou Lan said that she would do it after class. (3才旨示代 詞、時間狀語、地點狀語和動詞的變化this that these those n

31、o 3 days (weeks, month, years, hours, )before 注意: a.直 接引語如果是客觀真理,變為間接引語時,時態不變。如:He said, Light travels much faster than sound. He said that light travels much faster than sound. b 口果在 當地轉述,here不必必為there,動詞come不必改為go。如果在當時、當天、 當月、當年等語境中轉述, today, yesterday, tomorrow, next week, last year等時 問狀 語也不必改變。
32、2.轉述祈使句時,要將祈使句的動詞原形變為帶to的不定式,并且在不定式的前面根據句子的意思加上tell, ask, order等動詞,如果祈使句為否定式,在不定式的前面加not。例如:She said to us, “please sitdown. She asked us to sit down. He said: Dont make so much noise, boys. He told the boys not to make so much noise. 3#接引語如為疑問句,變為間接引語時, 須將疑問句的語序改為陳述句的語序,句未 用句號。其人稱、時態等相應的變 化與轉述陳述句的間
33、接引語相同。1) 一般疑問句 直接引語如果是一般疑問句, 變為間接引語時, 經以構成連詞 whether或if導的賓語從 句,句未用句號。 主句中的謂語動詞是 said時,要改為asked.沒有間接賓語時,有時 可以加一 個間接賓語。如: He said, “Are you interested in English?” He asked me if / whether I was interested in English. He said, Did you see him last night ? ” He asked me whether I had seen him last nigh
34、t. 2)殊疑問旬 9直接引語如為特殊疑問句,變為間接引語時,構成用原來的疑問詞引導的賓語從 句,并須將疑問式改為陳述句結構,句未用句號。如: “What do you want? he asked me. He asked me what I wanted. He asked me, “Why did you come so late ?
