Section A 1a1c教學(xué)設(shè)計進賢縣羅溪中學(xué) 楊洪國一、教材分析Analysis of Teaching Material1、教學(xué)內(nèi)容:本節(jié)講授內(nèi)容為八年級第六單元第一課時。本單元圍繞做“比較級” 這個句型開展多種教學(xué)活動,本節(jié)課是本單元的重點,主要通過學(xué)習(xí)形容詞的比較等級,對人的外貌和性格特征進行對比,進一步加深對比較等級的語法現(xiàn)象的理解和運用。同時通過對話對比較等級進行操練,進一步提高學(xué)生聽、說、讀、寫綜合素質(zhì)能力。本課為Unit 6的第一課,本單元主要學(xué)習(xí)如何運用描述人的外表及性格的形容詞,

2、引出本單元的語法項目:形容詞的比較級;含比較級的句型。2、教材地位和作用: 以描述人的外貌和性格特征的形容詞為主線,兼顧交際功能的學(xué)習(xí),以一種循序漸進的生活化的學(xué)習(xí)程序,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生學(xué)會用英語對自己或他人的外表和性格特征進行對比,注重語言知識的呈現(xiàn),為以后作可持續(xù)交際奠定基礎(chǔ)。二、教學(xué)目標(biāo)Teaching Goals1. 知識目標(biāo): ()學(xué)習(xí)、掌握tall, short, smart, long, wild, quiet, funny, heavy, outgoing的比較級;初步掌握規(guī)則單音節(jié)詞及少數(shù)雙音節(jié)詞、多音節(jié)詞比較級的構(gòu)成形式。()能熟練運用Is that ?- No, it isnt

3、. Its . Its . is than .句型對人的外貌及性格特征作對比。 Pedro is funnier than Paul. Tina is taller than Tara. Tom is more athletic than Sam.2. 能力目標(biāo):提高學(xué)生聽、說、讀、寫及知識自學(xué)的綜合能力。3. 情感目標(biāo):()通過形象、生動的教學(xué)使學(xué)生掌握如何去比較兩個人,并從中學(xué)會欣賞別人,享受與不同的人交往的樂趣。 ()培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的強烈興趣,樂于參加各種活動的積極情感。4. 德育目標(biāo):通過比較,正確認(rèn)識自己及他人的優(yōu)缺點,保持良好的生活習(xí)慣。三、教具Teaching Aids 錄音機

4、 多媒體輔助教學(xué)(CAI)四、學(xué)情分析Analysis of the Students1. 本單元話題內(nèi)容貼近學(xué)生生活實際,同學(xué)們感興趣,有話可說,有話愿說。在新目標(biāo)英語七年級(下)第七單元What does he look like?中曾學(xué)習(xí)過一些描述人物外貌特征的詞語,如:short,tall,curly, straight hair, medium build, thin, heavy, blonde等,在學(xué)習(xí)本單元有關(guān)人物性格特征的單詞時,可以溫故而知新。學(xué)習(xí)語法知識點“形容詞的比較級”以及人物比較的表達時,應(yīng)緊密聯(lián)系學(xué)生實際,就地取材,拿身邊的人或物進行對比,由詞匯變化到句子,再由句

5、子擴展到語篇,使每位學(xué)生都能使用正確的語言結(jié)構(gòu)描述人物特點和進行人物比較,能自由談?wù)撟约旱暮门笥眩约八麄冎g的異同。 2. 利用多媒體課件上英語課,學(xué)生視聽感受明顯,表現(xiàn)出極大興趣,在欣賞和享受中學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)習(xí)效果很明顯。 3. 學(xué)生以前已經(jīng)學(xué)過形容詞的比較級和最高級,但掌握的強度不夠,對單音節(jié)和多音節(jié)形容詞的比較級和最高級的表達上總是出現(xiàn)錯誤。通過對本課的學(xué)習(xí)可以鞏固所學(xué)知識,掌握用正確的語言結(jié)構(gòu)表達人物特點和人物比較。五、教學(xué)重點與難點 Teaching Importance and Difficulty 教學(xué)重點是學(xué)生能夠?qū)θ宋锿饷策M行描述,個性進行比較。教學(xué)難點是形容詞比較級的規(guī)則變化和

6、不規(guī)則變化,形容詞比較級的用法。六、教學(xué)過程設(shè)計Teaching ProceduresStep 1 Revision Task 1:Go over the adjective words about appearance and personalities 1. The teacher exchanges greet with Ss. 2. Revise the adjectives describing peoples appearance and personalities. 3. Show some photos about famous persons and talk about t

7、heir personal traits, using description words, such as short hair/long hair, curly hair/straight hair, tall/short,heavy/thin,funny/serious,outgoing/quiet,smart/foolish, beautiful/ugly, hardworking/lazy, friendly/unfriendly etc, on the screen. 1)個子高矮:Short,tall,(of) medium height 2)體型胖瘦:Thin,heavy(fa

Ss review the des

9、cription words of appearance by presenting some pictures of famous stars. 5. 12、ents to draw lines between the words of the opposite meanings individually. Then check the answers.2. Get the students to write down the compare degree of each word in 1a. 3. Show the flash on the screen.Get the students to look at the picture. Ask students how many people there are in the picture.

13、Then say, Maybe theyre having a concert. There are three teachers under the stage. Ask, Who is taller, Pedro or Paul? Yes, Pedro is taller than Paul. Then ask them to repeat: Tina is wilder than Tara. Tara is calmer than Tina. Sam is wilder than Tom. Sam has longer hair than Tom. Tom is calmer than

14、Sam. Tom has shorter hair than Sam. Pedro is heavier than Paul. Paul is thinner than Pedro. Step 4 Listening and practice Section A 1b Listen and number the pair of twins 1-3 in the picture. First tell students what the twins are. Twins are children born at the same time to the same parents. Sometim

15、es they look exactly alike, but not always. The twins in this picture do not look exactly alike. Then say, Now well hear three conversations about the people in the picture. They are all twins. Listen to the conversations carefully and number the pairs of twins (13) in the picture.1) The teacher gui

16、des Ss to describe the picture on.the screen.2) Ss listen to the tape and number the pairs of twins in the picture. 3)The teacher checks answers with Ss and guides Ss to predict the differences between the twins.4) The teacher provides a worksheet for each student,Ss listen to the tape once again an

23、學(xué)反思Teaching Reflection本節(jié)課同學(xué)們通過大量的口語練習(xí)達到了能較熟練的談?wù)撊宋镏g異同的效果,采用“任務(wù)型”教學(xué)模式,任務(wù)有三:任務(wù)一是通過圖片展示和小組活動復(fù)習(xí)描述人物外貌和性格特征的形容詞;任務(wù)二是談?wù)撟约汉秃糜训耐饷埠托愿裉卣鳎蝗蝿?wù)三是通過小組合作的形式使用形容詞的比較級來描述人物。任務(wù)要層層遞進,由易到難,構(gòu)建由初級任務(wù)到高級任務(wù)并由高級任務(wù)涵蓋初級任務(wù)的循環(huán),使教學(xué)階梯式地層層遞進,符合習(xí)得規(guī)律。以任務(wù)為中心的任務(wù)型語言教學(xué)是目前交際教學(xué)思想中的一種新的發(fā)展形態(tài),它倡導(dǎo)“在做中學(xué),在做中用”的教育理念,將語言應(yīng)用的基本理念轉(zhuǎn)化為具有實踐意義的課堂教學(xué)方式。運用學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)組織教學(xué),強化了語言實踐的過程,充分體現(xiàn)了語言的交際本質(zhì)。從課堂反映可以看出學(xué)生們學(xué)習(xí)興趣濃厚,對形
