25、gnment Failure的cause為Radio Interface FailureTCH分配過程分配過程異常情況異常情況t在原來的信道上(如SDCCH信道)收到Assignment Failure消息 p手機收到Assignment Command后,在新信道上發SABM消息,BTS收到后向手機發UA消息。但可能由于空中接口原因,手機沒有收到UA消息。手機嘗試N200次均未成功。p手機將會回到原來的信道。p并發Assignment Failure消息pBSC收到該消息后在A接口發Assignment Failure Reversion to Old ChannelpBSC向BTS發RF
