4、標是要確保你了解我們酒店標準的“禽流感防治方法” 。Any Questions?有問題嗎?Purpose目的To provide recommended guidelines and measures before and during an influenza outbreak so as to reduce the risk of transmission in the hotel and ensure operational continuity. 在禽流感大流行爆發之前為大家提供必要的疾病預防指導和防治方法以降低疾病在酒店的傳染率和保證酒店的正常運行。 Pre-Influenza Ou

5、tbreak Period禽流感防治階段Management Committee管理委員會Supervisors and Managers總監和經理Advise their employees not to come to work when they are feeling unwell i.e. when the employees have the typical influenza-like symptoms. 如果發現你們的員工感覺不舒服,比如說有流感的典型癥狀。應該勸他們休息。 Employee who looks unwell with influenza-like sympto

6、ms must be advised to see a doctor immediately. 員工有類似于禽流感的癥狀應該勸他就醫。Supervisors and Managers總監和經理Follow up on the health conditions of the said employee on regular basis.定期關注上述員工的健康狀況。Ensure that employees who are on medical leave do not return to work until certified by the doctor that he has fully

7、recovered.病假的員工應由治療醫生開據健康證明后方可重返工作崗位。Encourage their employees to practice good personal and work hygiene at all times. 鼓勵員工時刻注意個人衛生和工作區域的衛生。Employees with influenza-like symptoms有類似禽流感癥狀的員工See a doctor immediately.立即就醫。Inform the Supervisor of his condition.向上級匯報情況。Not return to work while on medic

8、al leave unless certified by the doctor that he has fully recovered.病假的員工應由治療醫生開據健康證明后方可重返工作崗位。Maintain good body resistance through a balance diet, regular exercise, having adequate rest, reducing stress and not smoking.健康飲食,鍛煉身體,合理的工作作息,降低壓力,不吸煙,保持良好的身體狀況。Human Resources人力資源部Constantly update and

9、educate employees on the disease and the mode of transmission. 經常的和員工分享最新的禽流感信息和防治方法。Provide Hand Sanitizer (liquid) at some areas (i.e. kitchen, entrance, etc.).在一些地方(如廚房,入口)提供(液體)的消毒液。Organize yearly flu vaccination for employees. 每年組織員工接種流感疫苗。Organize Mask (type: N-95 facemasks or equivalent) for

10、 employees who work with the risk. 為在高危區域工作的員工提供口罩(口罩型號:N-95或類似防護工具)Food Preparation食物的準備 when preparing the food 當你準備食物的時候Separate raw meat from cooked or ready-to-eat foods. 將生熟食品分開。 Do not use any equipment (such as knives, chopping board etc.) that was used on raw meat on cooked or ready-to-eat

11、foods. 生熟食品都必須有專用的加工工具(如刀和切菜板等)Food Preparation食物的準備when preparing the food (contd.)Wash hands after handling raw meat, prior to touching or eating cooked foods. 處理完生肉后要洗手,尤其是在準備熟食之前。 Once cooked, food should be placed on a clean plate. Do not replace on the plate that was used for raw ingredients.

12、烹制完畢的食物,一定要放在干凈的盤子里,絕對不能放在裝過生食的盤子中。 Processing Poultry家禽的加工Once poultry is processed, adequate cooking will kill the virus. Example of processed poultry include frozen whole chickens and products derived from them. 在加工家禽的時候,適當的煮制可以殺死細菌和病毒。 比如說冰凍全雞和類似食材。 To be cooked properly, the inner temperature o

13、f the meat must reach 70C (158F). The meat should not be pink or red, and there should be no visible pink juices. Completely avoid practice of drinking uncooked poultry blood. 適當的煮制的標準是,肉的內部溫度達到70攝氏度(華氏158度)。肉的顏色不能是粉紅或鮮紅,不能有血絲。絕對不能喝生的家禽血。Processing Poultry家禽的加工Eggs from birds suspected of being infe

14、cted may contain the virus both on the shell and within the contents. Wash eggs thoroughly, and wash hands after handling eggs. Eggs should not be consumed “runny” but must be thoroughly cooked.疑似感染禽流感的家禽所產下的蛋在蛋殼和蛋里都有可能攜帶有病毒。雞蛋入柜前必須將蛋殼清洗干凈,處理完雞蛋后必須徹底的清洗雙手。雞蛋必須烹制到全熟。As pigs are also known to carry th

15、e virus, all pork products should be thoroughly cooked prior to consumption.因為豬肉也可以攜帶禽流感病毒,所以豬肉產品也必須完全烹制成熟之后才可以食用。During Influenza Outbreak 禽流感爆發階段 procedures步驟Individuals個人The best preventive measure is practicing good hygiene at anytime, such:最好的預防方法是時刻保持良好的衛生,如:Frequently wash hand thoroughly wit

(after sneezing, coughing, prior eating, before and after food preparation, after touching animals, whenever hands are dirty). 經常用肥皂洗手。(噴嚏,咳嗽之后, 就餐,準備食物之前,接觸動物之后或者是任何手臟的時候)Sneezing and coughing should be done into tissues or paper napkin, which should be disposed directly into closed waste b

17、in. 噴嚏和咳嗽的時候都必須用餐巾紙擋著,之后馬上將用過的餐巾紙丟入垃圾箱。 Individuals個人Avoid direct contact with poultry (chickens, birds). 防止與家禽(雞和鳥類)的直接接觸。Regular temperature checks are a useful precautionary measure. 定期測量體溫是防治禽流感有用的方法。Avoid shaking hands. 盡量避免握手。 Avoid sharing towels or eating utensils. 不要共用毛巾和餐盤。 Individuals個人A

18、staff that is unwell with symptoms of cough, nasal congestion, sneezing, high fever, will be directed to seek medical help. 員工有咳嗽,流鼻血,噴嚏,高燒等疑似禽流感的癥狀應及時就醫。 Maintain a distance of at least 1 meter from customers and colleagues, especially those who are visibly sneezing, coughing or appear unwell. 與客人和

19、同事保持一米的距離尤其是看見他們打噴嚏或咳嗽之后。 Departments/ Divisions各部門Human Resources人力資源To frequently educate staff on the disease and the mode of transmission. 經常的和員工分享最新的禽流感信息和防治方法。To brief them on the need for infection control measures and the preventive procedures that have been set in the hotel. This will enabl

20、e staff to assist in sharing the procedures with clients and visitors. 向員工介紹酒店制定的疾病防治的方法。 這樣可以方便員工與客人和游客之間的溝通。 Human Resources人力資源To ensure that all staff who come to work are free from influenza-like symptoms. 保證所有在工作崗位上的員工都沒有疑似禽流感的癥狀。To take necessary steps needed to evacuate expatriate and their

25、應該清洗干凈并且用配置好的藥水充分浸泡。Recommended solution: Mikro-Chlor from Ecolab建議使用:Mikro-Chlor from EcolabCaution should be taken when handling poultry and pork items stored in the deep freezer. 處理冰凍的家禽和豬肉的時候應該小心。To ensure all poultry derivatives are cooked well done to a core temperature of 70C (158F) 烹制家禽類食物的時

26、候保證肉里的溫度達到70 攝氏度(華氏158度)Materials/Commissary/Pastry采購部/ 備餐廚房/ 餅房All commissary/Pastry and Materials personnel to wear masks and gloves when handling any poultry and pork products arriving into Hotel from outside. 所有的備餐廚房/餅房和采購部的員工在處理來自酒店之外的家禽和豬肉制品的時候必須帶上口罩和手套。Other Areas其他區域All office space, common

27、facilities e.g. toilets, conference rooms, multi-purpose halls etc. should be disinfected daily. 所有的辦公區域, 公共設施例如廁所,會議廳,多功能宴會廳都應該每天消毒。 All surfaces should be cleaned daily with a disinfectant, e.g. Karbol (or as dictated by Dept. of Health). 每天所有的地板都應該用消毒藥水清理。 Avoid using rooms for consecutive mornin

28、g and afternoon sessions. 避免連續使用會議廳。 Other Areas 其他區域Mop floor with disinfectant. 用消毒水拖地。Frequently touched surfaces areas should be wiped with disinfectant. 需要頻繁接觸的地方要用消毒液擦拭。All metal surfaces are to be wiped with 70% alcohol. 所有金屬的表面應該用70% 的酒精擦拭。Remove curtains for washing. 將窗簾卸下清洗。Cleaning Staff保

29、潔員工Cleaning staff should be aware of the symptoms and should report to their occupational health service if they develop symptoms. 保潔人員應該時刻注意自己有否疑似禽流感癥狀,如果發現有類似情況及時就醫。 Disinfect cleaning equipment used in one room before using for other rooms. 在清理下一個房間的時候,要給所有用過的清潔用具消毒。Discard dirty water. 倒掉臟水。 Cle

30、aning Staff 保潔員工Disinfect buckets with fresh disinfectant solution or rinse in hotel water before filling. 每次在裝水之前,用消毒藥水重新給桶消毒或者用酒店的水反復沖洗。 Rinse wiping cloths/mop in disinfectant several times or rinse thoroughly in hotel water. 用消毒水或酒店的水反復沖洗抹布。 Cleaning personnel should wear non-sterile disposable

31、gloves and while cleaning the area. 保潔人員在工作的時候必須帶上無菌可丟棄的手套。 Cleaning Staff 保潔員工Gloves should be removed and discarded if they become soil or damaged. 如果手套臟了或者壞了都應該丟棄。 Disinfectant and routine cleaning should incorporate hand hygiene to minimize risks of transmission. 消毒和常規清潔應該具體到手部衛生以降低傳染率。 3. 32、cted Exposed Areas疑似病例發生區域Suspected Exposed Areas疑似病例發生區域If case has been identified in a specific area, cleaning crews are to be notified so that preparations can be made for the appropriate cleaning the area. 如果在某個區域發現了疑似病例,應該及時通知清潔部門,讓他們迅速準備清理相關區域。In the event that a staff is infected, the enclos

35、ctant spray. 用噴霧消毒劑給房間消毒 Avoid using the room for the consecutive morning or afternoon sessions. 盡量避免連續使用會議室。 Mop floor with sodium hypochlorite 0.1% (1000 ppm). 有0.1%的次氯酸鈉溶液拖地(1000ppm). Isolation Room 隔離室Isolation Room隔離室Hotel may require to set-up isolation rooms in the event that staff or a visitor is symptomatic. 酒店應該為疑似禽流感員工和客人準備隔離室。 Th

38、ese isolation rooms serve to separate the potentially infectious from the well while arrangements are made to send the person to the hospital. 隔離室的建立能夠更有效的保證大家的健康,我們把病患送入隔離室的同時也會安排他們就醫。 Staff attending to the person in isolation must wear masks and gowns as a precaution. Other staff and clients shou

39、ld refrain from entering the isolation room until the case is transported out. 以防萬一,所有出入隔離室的人員必須帶上口罩,穿上大褂。其他的員工和客人應盡量避免進入隔離室直到觀察期結束。 Guidelines隔離室守則Fully enclosed with windows facing outwards and with good ventilation (open air room/No Air-conditioner). 室內保持良好的通風(使用通風扇而不是空調)Situated away from main a

40、ctivity areas. 遠離主要的活動場所。 Need to be kept clean at all times. 時刻保持清潔。 Guidelines隔離室守則Equipped with: 設施: Couch or bed with PVC mattress. The couch, mattress and other material used should be thoroughly washed and disinfectant promptly. 長椅和床使用PVC (再生塑料)墊子。其他材料的墊子則需要迅速清洗。 A well stocked First Aid Kit.
