1、Unified Access Control (通用接入控制)上周將NR重選的時候,在SIB2中定義了 UAC當時由于時間問題,沒有展開來 進行解釋,所以考慮補充一個專題文檔。UAC UE接入控制或狀態改變的機制集合。在LTE中,我們就經常會碰到需要接入控制的時候, 比如某個小區超載了,大量UE接入到一個小區,導致 UE間相互干擾嚴重,無法成功解碼。在 4G中,接入 控制主要有兩種類型:UE初始接入請求的時候,網絡下發拒絕消息;自己阻止UE嘗試初始接入(也就是 CellBar )Case1: SIB1配置bar,所有UE都不能接入,含緊急呼叫Case2: SIB2配備Bar,只針對特定服務特定
