1、混合離子交換器Mixed of ion excha nge使用說明書Operating Instruction一、工藝原理Technical principle本公司生產的混合離子交換器(簡稱混床),在脫鹽水工程中,用于二級脫鹽水的制備, 被處理的水由上向下流經按一定的比例配比裝填并混合形成的強酸、堿樹脂層來制取成品水。均勻混合的樹脂層中,陽樹脂與陰樹脂緊密地交錯排列,每一對陽樹脂與陰樹脂顆粒似于一 組復床,混床就象無數組串聯運行的復床。通過混合離子交換后進入水中的氫離子與氫氧離 子會立即生成電離度很低的水分子(H20),很少可能形成陽離子或陰離子交換時的反離子, 使交換反應進行的十分徹底,因

8、ng layer height: 陽樹脂 Cation陰樹脂 Anion resins201X7:500mm1000mm三、結構形式Structure form設備由本體、布水裝置、集水裝置、外配管及儀表取樣裝置等組成。進水裝置為上進水、擋板布水,集水裝置為多孔板濾水帽集水;設備的本體外部配管配帶閥門并留有壓力取樣接 口,便于用戶現場安裝和實現裝置正常運行。Equipment by ontology, cloth water equipment, water equipment, piping and instrument samplingdevice, etc. Feed device fo

10、 of the equipment1)安裝前檢查土建基礎是否按設計要求施工。1) Before the installation check whether civil engineering foundation construction according todesig n requireme nts.2) 設備按設計圖紙進行就位,調整支腿墊鐵并檢查進出口法蘭的水平度和垂直度。2) Equipme nt in place in accorda nee with desig n draw ings and leg to adjust shim and checkthe leve In es

15、ime to run1)沖洗 wash考慮到設備和管道連接時的電焊殘渣、管道初次投用時的表面污物,設備初次投入運行時應進行沖洗。Considering the equipment and pipeline connection welding residue, pipe surface dirt putt in g-in-service proactively for the first time, equipme nt should be put into operati on for the first time towash.A、打開設備的人孔法蘭將設備內的零件重新緊固,并確認罐內部件(

17、、排氣閥,開啟前系統,至設備排氣口出水后關閉排氣閥,沖洗設備至 出水清晰為沖洗終點。C、Open the inlet valve, exhaust valve, open system before, to close the discharge valve, afterequipme nt outlet water flushi ng equipme nt to clear water to rinse the end.2)裝填樹脂 Filling resin打開人孔,如果出水裝置采用承托層結構則按所設計的承托層高度裝填,裝填完畢后再 裝樹脂。按所設計的樹脂高度,依次裝入,填完后抹平,以中排

21、ushing啟動一級脫鹽水泵,打開混床進水閥,排氣閥,水流由上而下,當水充滿設備時關閉排 氣閥,打開下排閥,穩定其正常產水流量,工作流速40m/h,出水電導 0.2 卩 s/cnd 即轉入制水。Laun ched the desalt ing water pump, ope n the inlet valve of the mixed bed, exhaust valve, flowtop-dow n, whe n the water is full of equipme nt close the discharge valve, ope n the discharge valve,the s

23、ter cycle.3、 再生 Regeneration(1)反洗預分層:打開反洗進水閥、上排閥,以流速為10m/h 進行反洗分層,或以使樹脂處于充分流動狀態,以正常顆粒樹脂不被水流沖出為宜來控制反洗流量,反洗終點以陰、陽樹 脂基本分層為止。(1) Backwashing early stratified: open the backwashing on the inlet valve, valve, flow velocity as 10m/h backwash ing stratificati on, or to make the res in is in full flow con di

28、ve, open the discharge valve, dischargevalve, made in the resin after backwashing nature, settling down, evenly container liquid level down tores in surface above 200mm positi on.(5) 再生劑注入:采用同步再生法,打開再生系統再生水稀釋閥,酸、堿計量箱出口閥,混床進酸、進堿閥、中排閥,啟動再生泵,酸、堿再生流量均以5m/h 為宜,再生時間根據實際需要確定,供堿液注入的再生水溫度應加熱至4045C,可以取得較好的再生效

38、 concen tration of HCL, NaoH 0.4 0.3 或按實際計 Or according to theactual project附Attach:新樹脂的預處理 The pretreatme nt of the new res in新樹脂中含有過剩的原料及其所帶的雜質、反映不完全的產物等,當樹脂與水、酸、堿溶液接觸時,上述這些雜質(如磺酸胺類等)會進入溶液,從而沾污出水水質及影響樹脂的工藝 性能。因此,新樹脂在使用之前應進行預處理,以除去新樹脂表面的可溶性雜質。處理方法需 按照各種不同使用對象而定。New resin contained in excess of raw

Therefore, the new resi nshould be pretreated before use, to remove the soluble impurities on the surface of the new resin.Process ing methods n eed to be used accord ing to differe nt objects.一般新樹脂若用在食品或醫藥工業的水處理系統時,最好先用樹脂體積 2-3 倍的飽和食鹽 水浸泡20 小時左右,用自來水沖洗到中性。再用2-5%鹽酸浸泡或低流速處理,以除去鐵質,然后用 2-5%燒堿溶液浸泡或低流速處理,以去除樹脂中的有機雜質,并清洗至出水化學耗氧量 (COD)達到穩定值,最后用純水沖洗至中性。如陽樹脂必須再以 2-5%鹽酸轉型,然后用純水洗 到出水無氯離子。對于陰樹脂不必再轉型,經過燒堿
