1、混合離子交換器Mixed of ion excha nge使用說明書Operating Instruction一、工藝原理Technical principle本公司生產的混合離子交換器(簡稱混床)，在脫鹽水工程中，用于二級脫鹽水的制備， 被處理的水由上向下流經按一定的比例配比裝填并混合形成的強酸、堿樹脂層來制取成品水。均勻混合的樹脂層中，陽樹脂與陰樹脂緊密地交錯排列，每一對陽樹脂與陰樹脂顆粒似于一 組復床，混床就象無數組串聯運行的復床。通過混合離子交換后進入水中的氫離子與氫氧離 子會立即生成電離度很低的水分子(H20)，很少可能形成陽離子或陰離子交換時的反離子， 使交換反應進行的十分徹底，因

Therefore, the new resi nshould be pretreated before use, to remove the soluble impurities on the surface of the new resin.Process ing methods n eed to be used accord ing to differe nt objects.一般新樹脂若用在食品或醫藥工業的水處理系統時，最好先用樹脂體積 2-3 倍的飽和食鹽 水浸泡20 小時左右,用自來水沖洗到中性。再用2-5%鹽酸浸泡或低流速處理，以除去鐵質，然后用 2-5%燒堿溶液浸泡或低流速處理，以去除樹脂中的有機雜質，并清洗至出水化學耗氧量 (COD)達到穩定值，最后用純水沖洗至中性。如陽樹脂必須再以 2-5%鹽酸轉型，然后用純水洗 到出水無氯離子。對于陰樹脂不必再轉型，經過燒堿
