6、th the con cave Min()1>Causes of the cracks on the tool:3鋼料太硬造成鋼料太脆,從而造成鋼料易裂,建議用軟鋼料開新模.For steel p erforma nee, the harder, the more fractural. Based on this reas on, a relatively low h ard steel is suggested to be used for the new tool.b模仁兩側邊的鋼料厚度不夠,現實際為41mm,而深度有59mm,建議兩側鋼料壁厚加到 60mm.The nominal
7、thick ness of the core side steel is 41mm with the depth of 59mm.The suggested thick ness is 60mm.c縮水率不合理,物性表上要求的縮水率為0.5-0.7%,現實際模具縮水率為 0.5%,造成整體模具數偏下限,從而造成尺寸下限或偏小,而此產品寸法要求嚴,要大壓力去成型調整尺寸。The data-shri nkage rate is 0.5-0.7%, well the actual shri nkage rate is 0.5%.
