15、維修操作規程1. 電工接到停電通知后，按操作規程斷開開關，在操作把手上加鎖懸掛“禁止合閘”警示牌；2. 高、低壓斷電后進行驗電，驗電時，必須穿戴檢驗合格的防護用品，使用完好的驗電器；3. 確認無電后，將檢修設備接地并將三相短路；4. 對雙回路供電線路，在檢修某一母線、刀閘、隔離開關或負荷開關時，必須將兩母線刀閘拉開，在施工設備的兩端連接接地線，懸掛“禁止合閘”警示牌；5. 檢修設備時，檢查刀閘是否有明顯的斷開點，禁止在只斷開油開關的設備上工作；6. 工作中如遇中間停頓后再復工時，須重新檢查確認所有安全措施；7. 維修工作結束后，拆除臨時接地線，工作人員全部撤離工作地段，操作人員親自檢查并清理現

16、場，恢復防護裝置，檢查確認合乎要求并和有關人員聯系確認后方能送電。低壓電力電容器維修操作規程1 維修前確認電力電容器已停電，開關有明顯斷開點。2 對電力電容器進行放電。3 維修結束后，檢測確認絕緣電阻合格后，方可投入使用。柴油發電機操作規程1. 穿戴好勞動防護用品；2. 檢查冷卻水是否充足，潤滑油是否達到標尺“靜滿”刻度，燃料是否充足，各電氣儀表是否完好，指針是否指正確位置，蓄電池是否正常；3. 檢查發電機各部件是否連接牢固，有無滲漏；4. 將調速器操縱手柄推到空載，將電鑰匙撥開，按下起動按鈕，啟動發電機；5. 發電機啟動后，觀察機油壓力表、水溫表、電流表機油溫度表讀數是否正常，柴油機在運行750r/mi
