2、難度較高,考生并不能很好的理解全文到底是在講什么。另外考生對于某些*的話題內容不了解也不太感興趣,因此在讀的過程中注意力就比較容易分散了。如何保持閱讀時的專注狀態?知道了長篇閱讀中注意力分散的原因,接下來就來講講避免這類問題的方法。在看來,想要提升專注度主要可以從這幾個方面來入手:1. 提升短期記憶力首先,長閱讀對考生能力中的短期記憶力應該是不小的考驗,那些剛看過的內容轉眼就忘的同學短期記憶能力肯定是有點不足的,也因此才會忘記*內容從而迷失在其中。因此提升短期記憶力能夠幫助考生更好地從整體上看懂理解*,能夠看懂考生的注意力當然就會更加集中,對于一些考察*整體大意主旨態度的題目也能夠更從容的解答
3、。具體的提升方法大家可以通過主動訓練來進行,比如看各類閱讀*材料,嘗試在每閱讀完一段文字后都進行回憶,主動提出幾個問題并自己解答,比如這段文字主旨是什么,作者是什么態度,用了哪些論證方法和案例等等。經常性地進行自我回憶總結,這對于提升短期記憶力是有很大好處的。2. 克服心理上的厭煩情緒每個人都有自己感興趣和完全不想看的*,而從gre考試中閱讀*的選材來看,認為大家可能對大部分的gre*其實都處于一種無感或者厭煩的心態中。畢竟太過學術化專業性的東西受眾肯定是比較小的。無法引起閱讀興趣的*也就更容易讓大家產生厭煩心態,閱讀過程中開小差注意力分散也就在所難免了??朔挓┣榫w的練習方法也并不復雜,大家
