中國地質大學長城學院本科畢業設計外文翻譯系別:工程技術系專業:機械設計制造及其自動化姓名:學號:2012年3月22日OnthedevelopmentofmachiningproductionlineABSTRACTThemachiningproductionlineattherhythmoftime,flexibilityandprogress,machiningaccuracy,integratedautomation,reliabilityandutilizationareasofprogressanddevelopmentaredescribed.Anditsfuturedevelopmenttrendsareanalyzedandlookingforwardto.Keywords:Flexibleautomationmachiningaccuracy20yearsbeginningfromthetwentiethcentury,withtheautomobile,bearings,smallmotorsandsewingmachinesandotherindustrialdevelopment,machinerymanufacturingautomaticproductionlinebegantoappear,firstappearedthatthecombinationofmachineautomaticproductionline.Mechanicalprocessingandmanufacturing,therecasting,forging,stamping,heattreatment,welding,machiningandmechanicalassemblyautomatedline,alsoincludingthedifferenttypesofprocesses,suchastheblankmanufacturing,processing,assembling,testingandpackaginganintegratedautomaticlines.Automaticproductionlineofproductsshouldbelargeenoughtoyield;productdesignandprocessshouldbeadvanced,stable,reliable,andthelongperiodoftimeremainsbasicallyunchanged.Inalarge,alargenumberofautomaticproductionlinecanimprovelaborproductivity,stability,andimproveproductquality,improveworkingconditions,reducingtheproductionarea,lowerproductioncosts,shortenproductioncycletoensuretheproductionofbalanced,therehasbeenasignificanteconomicbenefits.1,machiningproductionlinedevelopmentofInautomobiles,tractors,internalcombustionenginesandcompressorsandmanyotherareasofindustrialproduction,combinationmachinetoolproductionlineisstillthehigh-volumemachinerytoachieveefficient,high-qualityandeconomicalproductionandprocessingofkeyequipment,butalsoanirreplaceablekeyprocessingequipment.Isforthecombinationofmachinetoolproductionlinetoillustratetheprocessingofdomesticmachineryproductionlinedevelopment.Modernportfolioofmachinetoolproductionlineasthemechanicalandelectricalintegrationofproduct,whichisthecontrol,drive,measure,monitor,toolsandmechanicalcomponentsofacomprehensivereflectionoftechnologiessuchas.Chinastraditionalcombinationofmachinetoolsautomaticproductionlinemainlyusesthemechanical,electrical,gas,hydrauliccontrol,inrecentyearswiththenumericalcontroltechnology,electronicstechnology,computertechnology,thedevelopmentofcombinedmachinetoolmechanicalstructureandcontrolsystemshavealsoundergoneenormouschanges.(1).Beatthetimebefurtherreduced.Theearlyproductionlinetoachieveashortbeat,oftentobeusedorsetsidebysideduplextwo-way.Nowmainlybyshorteningthebasictimeandauxiliarytimetoachieve.Themainwaytoshortenthebasictimeistheintroductionofnewmaterialsandnoveltoolknives,inorderbyimprovingthecuttingspeedandfeedratetoshortenthebasictime.Shortentheleadtimeisshorter,includingauxiliarypartsdelivery,processingandrapidintroductionofthemoduleandprocessingmoduleisconvertedtoworkbythefast-forwardtotheknifecutintotheworkpiece,afterenteringthetimespent.Atpresent,theaccompanyinghigh-speedconveyorclampsarecommonlyusedinelectro-hydraulicproportionalvalvecontrol,orcycloid-drivenconveyordevice.(2).Flexiblerapidprogress.Theemergenceofnumericalcontrolmachinetoolportfolio,notonlycompletelychangedtherelaycircuitfromthepastthatacombinationofmachinetoolcontrolsystems,butalsosothatthemechanicalstructureofmodularmachinetoolcomponentsaswellascommonstandardshasoccurredorisundergoingtremendouschange.Thetraditionalsenseofthecombinationofmachinetoolrigidityautomaticlineandproductionline,alsohasacertainamountofflexibility.CNCmachiningmodulesfromthecombinationofflexiblemachinetoolsandflexibleautomaticlines,andchangethroughtheapplicationofnumericalproceduresforautomatictoolchanging,auto-replacementofmulti-axleboxandchangetheprocessingoftravel,workcycle,cuttingparametersandprocessinglocations,inordertomeetthechangingvarietiesprocessing.CoordinateprocessingmoduleconsistsofasinglestationCNCslidingandspindlecomponents(ormulti-axle,includingformulti-axle)component.PairsofcoordinateprocessingmoduleconsistsofCNCCrossSlideandcompositionofspindlecomponents,suchasCNCmillingmodulepairsofcoordinates.Multi-axismachiningmoduleisanotherimportantmodule,mainlyforprocessingboxandchuckworkpiecesflexiblecombinationofmachinetoolsandflexibleautomaticlines.Typeofmodulehasavarietyofdifferentstructuralforms,butbasicallycanbedividedintoautomaticprocessingmoduleforbox-typemulti-axis,multi-axisturretprocessingmoduleandmulti-axismachiningmodulesRotaryTable.WrapBoxmodulescanbespecificallysetupbecauseofthemulti-axleboxtostorelargelibrariesofmulti-axle,itcanbeusedtoprocessmoredifferentkindsofartifacts.TheRotaryTableturretandmulti-axismachiningmodules,duetotheturretheadandturningthetabletoallowalimitednumberofinstalledmulti-axle,sothisprocesscanonlyachievealimitedvarietyofmoduleprocessing.InadditiontothevarietyofCNCmachiningmodules,therobotandservo-drivenmachinetoolsandjigsisalsoaflexiblecombinationofflexibleautomaticlinesareimportantcomponents.Particularlyintheflexibleautomaticline,isnowmorewidespreaduseofanemptyshelfgantryrobotautomaticloadingandunloadingofworkpieces,forworkpiecetransferbitsorflip.Forthehandlingofdifferentworkpiecescanbeautomaticline-sidegripperlibraryinordertoachievetheautomaticgripperchange.Fixtureisequippedwithservodrives,toadapttodifferentworkpieceethnicautomaticworkpiececlamping.(3).Increasingmachiningaccuracy.Inordertomeetusersworkpiecemachiningaccuracyofthehighdemand,inadditiontofurtherenhancethespindleparts,boringbar,fixtures(includingtheboringmode)theaccuracyofanewspecialtooltooptimizemachiningprocessesusingtoolsizemeasurementandcontrolsystemandcontrolofmachinetoolandThethermaldeformationoftheworkpieceandaseriesofmeasures,thepresent,thehollowtapershanktools(HSK),andtheprocessofstatisticalqualitycontrol(SPC)applicationhasbecometheautomaticlinetoenhanceandmonitorthemachiningaccuracyofanewandimportanttechnicalmeans.Toolisahollowtapershankradial(cone)andaxial(face)Positioningoftheinnovativetwo-waytool,itsadvantagesarehighbendingstiffness,torsiona
