shallcompletelyfitthetechnicalrequirements.由于模具的開發周期和質量問題造成甲方項目延期,乙方將賠償甲方的一切損失。IfthePartyAprojectdelayedduetotheworkdayandthequalityofthemouldthePartyBshouldcompensatethePartyAorallthelosses.模具的維護/MoldMaintenance正常使用壽命內的模具在生產過程中發生的損壞或磨損,相關的維修及保養等都由乙方負責。Ifthemouldiswithinthenormalworkinglifebutdamagedorwornduringtheproductionprocess,thePartyBshouldberesponsiblefortherelatedrepairandmaintenance.開模費用的支付/OpenmouldPaymentTerms在鑄件得到甲方確認后1年之內100%電匯。T.T.Remittancewithinoneyearaftercasting
