引言
頂推施工方法在國內橋梁建設工程中已發展成熟,主要應用于橋梁上部結構跨越各種障礙物的施
工,分為拖拉式、推移式、步履式等多種頂推形式。頂推施工方法具有不中斷橋下交通、材料設備可重
復利用、施工效率高、便于空中姿態風險監控等優點,在跨越河道、山谷、既有線以及橋區場地環境受限
的橋梁建設中具有明顯的優勢,近些年來得到了很好地應用。但隨著橋梁跨度不斷增大、橋型結構愈
發復雜、頂推梁體更重、安裝精度越來越高等特點,且步履式頂推施工目前還沒有專門的規程或指南可
以參照。因此,結合建設行業采用步履式頂推施工方法進行橋梁安裝的實際需求,制定本文件。
本文件系為指導步履式頂推施工方法,統一安全、質量及技術標準要求,規范現場施工作業行為,
在總結該類橋梁建設經驗基礎上編制而成的,同時結合已有的工程實踐經驗,對步履式頂推施工的關
鍵環節和具體控制指標進行了規定。本文件僅限定了步履式頂推施工,不涉及主梁和梁體本身的附屬
結構工程施工。除能滿足步履式頂推施工的工程外,其他需采用步履式頂推裝置進行安裝的類似大型
構件亦可參考本文件相關內容。

1范圍
本文件提出了鋼箱梁步履式頂推的基本規定,規定了臨時設施設計與分析計算、步履式頂推系統
安裝、梁體拼裝及頂推施工、施工監控的要求。
本文件適用于采用步履式頂推施工的梁式橋施工。
