空壓機(jī)工作模式(1)Commonmode

常用模式Thecommonworkingmodeofaircompressoristhatthecompressorwouldstartwhenthepressuredropstothestartlimit,andwouldshutdownwhenthepressureexceedstothestoplimit.Thepressureshallbecontrolledbetweenthetwopressurelimits.空氣壓縮機(jī)的常用工作模式是當(dāng)壓力降到啟動(dòng)極限時(shí)空壓機(jī)開(kāi)始啟動(dòng),當(dāng)壓力超過(guò)到停機(jī)極限時(shí)空壓機(jī)開(kāi)始關(guān)閉。壓力控制就在兩個(gè)壓力極限之間。空壓機(jī)控制Aircompressorcontrol1.Aircompressorworkingmode

輔助模式Theauxiliarymodeofaircompressorreferstothemodethatwouldstartwhenthepressuredropstotheauxiliarystartlimit,andwouldshutdownwhenthepressureexceedstothestoplimit.Thepressureshallbecontrolledbetweenthetwopressurelimits.空氣壓縮機(jī)的輔助模式就是當(dāng)壓力降到輔助啟動(dòng)極限開(kāi)始啟動(dòng),當(dāng)壓力超過(guò)到停機(jī)極限時(shí)空壓機(jī)開(kāi)始關(guān)閉。其壓力控制就在兩個(gè)壓力極限之間。Theoperatingmodeofthecompressoristoallowonecompressortoactasthemastercompressor(commonmode)andtheothercompressortoactastheslavemode(auxiliarymode).Thebrakecontrolelectronicsunitoneachcarriagereceivesasignalfromthetrainfluxsignalprogram(FIP)thatactsasthemastercompressorofthecurrentday.Thissignalischangedonadailybasis.Ifthepressureairthatarerequiredbythetrainscanbemetbyonecompressor,theothercompressorwouldbenotstarted,andtheothercompressorwouldstartonlyifthetotalairpressureisbelow7.5barandonecompressorcannotmeettherequirements.壓縮機(jī)的工作模式就是允許一個(gè)壓縮機(jī)作為主壓縮機(jī)(常用模式)而另一個(gè)壓縮機(jī)作為從動(dòng)模式(輔助模式)。每個(gè)車上的制動(dòng)控制電子單元都能接受來(lái)自列車磁通信號(hào)程序(FIP)的今天哪個(gè)壓縮機(jī)是主壓縮機(jī)的信號(hào)。這個(gè)信號(hào)以每天為基礎(chǔ)來(lái)更換。如果列車需要的壓力空氣由一個(gè)空壓機(jī)就能滿足,則第二個(gè)空壓機(jī)就不再啟動(dòng),只有當(dāng)總風(fēng)壓力低于7.5bar一個(gè)空壓機(jī)不能滿足要求時(shí)才啟動(dòng)第二個(gè)空壓機(jī)。1.Aircompressorworkingmode

空壓機(jī)工作模式空壓機(jī)控制AircompressorcontrolTheVCUcontrolstheaircompressoraccordingtothetotalairductpressuresignalprovidedbythebrakesystempressuresensor.Thetotalairpressurevaluecanbesetaccordingtotheactualsituation.Whenthetotalairpressureisdetectedtobelowerthan750kPa,onlyoneendoftheDAmodule,whichisthedigitaloutputmodule(=41-303.04)oftheunitwherethemainaircompressorislocated,outputsahighlevel,theaircompressorcontrolrelay(=34-K301)ispoweredonandthemainaircompressorstarts.Atthesametime,itspins13and14wouldbeclosedandtheDEmodule,whichisthepinE312_13ofthedigitaloutputmodule(=41-303.02)wouldbepoweredonandfeedtheVCUtostarttheaircompressor;whenthemainairpressureislowerthan750kPa,theDAmodule(=41-303.04)atbothendsoutputshighlevelandtheaircompressorsofbothunitswouldstartatthesametime.VCU根據(jù)制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)壓力傳感器提供的總風(fēng)管壓力信號(hào)對(duì)空氣壓縮機(jī)進(jìn)行控制。可根據(jù)實(shí)際情況設(shè)定總風(fēng)壓力值,當(dāng)檢測(cè)到總風(fēng)壓力低于750kPa時(shí),只有一端的DA模塊也就是主空壓機(jī)所在單元的數(shù)字量輸出模塊(=41-303.04)輸出高電平,空氣壓縮機(jī)控制繼電器(=34-K301)得電,主空壓機(jī)啟動(dòng),同時(shí)其13、14引腳閉合,DE模塊也就是數(shù)字量輸出模塊(=41-303.02)的E312_13引腳得電,向VCU反饋空壓機(jī)啟動(dòng);當(dāng)主風(fēng)壓力低于750kPa時(shí),兩端的DA模塊(=41-303.04)輸出高電平,兩個(gè)單元的空壓機(jī)同時(shí)啟動(dòng)。空壓機(jī)控制Aircompressorcontrol2.Aircompressorcontrolmode

網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制方式AircompressorAircompressorcontrolAircompressorcontrolAircompressorcontrolopenAircompressorcontactordryer80wAircompressorcontactorAircompressorairswitchAircompressorcontactorAirsupplymoduleDAmoduleDEmoduleAircompressorAircompressorcontactorAircompressorcontactorBattery-MTheaircompressoriscontrolledbythetrainhardwireaccordingtothestateofthepressureswitch.Thecontentofthepressurecontrolincludescompressormanagement,pressurelimitationandpressureadjustment.ThepressureswitchA01.08,withthesetvalueof700~900kPa,isthehard-wiredbackupcontrolcompressorstart.Whenthepressureofthemainairductislowerthan750kPa,thispressureswitchoperatesandtheaircompressorrelays(=34-K301)ofthetwounitsarepoweredon,sothatthetwoaircompressorswouldstartatthesametimetosupplyairtothewholetrain.AndtheDEmodule(=41-303.02)ofthetwounitswithE312_13pinsoftheDEmodule(=41-303.02)ofthetwounitsarepoweredontofeedVCUtostarttheaircompressor.ThepressureswitchA01.09,withthesetvalueof550-700kPa,triggerstheemergencybrakeforthehardline.Whenthetotalwindpressureofthetrainislowerthan550kPa,thepressureswitchoperates,theemergencybraketrainlineispoweredoff,andthetrainimplementstheemergencybrake,andtheemergencybrakewouldresumewhenthetotalwindpressureishigherthan700kPa.由列車硬線根據(jù)壓力開(kāi)關(guān)的狀態(tài)對(duì)空氣壓縮機(jī)進(jìn)行控制,壓力控制的內(nèi)容包括壓縮機(jī)管理、壓力限制、壓力調(diào)整等內(nèi)容。壓力開(kāi)關(guān)A01.08,設(shè)定值為700~900kPa,為硬線后備控制壓縮機(jī)啟動(dòng),當(dāng)主風(fēng)管壓力低于750kPa時(shí),該壓力開(kāi)關(guān)動(dòng)作,兩單元的空氣壓縮機(jī)繼電器(=34-K301)得電,使兩臺(tái)空壓機(jī)同時(shí)啟動(dòng),為全列車供風(fēng),兩單元的DE模塊(=41-303.02)的E312_13引腳得電,向VCU反饋空壓機(jī)啟動(dòng);壓力開(kāi)關(guān)A01.09,設(shè)定值為550~700kPa,為硬線觸發(fā)緊急制動(dòng),當(dāng)列車總風(fēng)壓力低于550kPa,壓力開(kāi)關(guān)動(dòng)作,緊急制動(dòng)列車線失電,列車實(shí)施緊急制動(dòng),當(dāng)總風(fēng)壓力高于700kPa時(shí)緊急制動(dòng)恢復(fù)。空壓機(jī)控制Aircompressorcontrol(2)Hard-wirecontrolmode

硬線控制方式空壓機(jī)控制Aircompressorcontrol3.Trainoperationmode

列車運(yùn)行方式Innormaloperation,ifthepressureislowerthanthestartlimit,theaircompressoronthedriver’scabwouldstart,andwhenthepressuredropstotheauxiliarylimit,theotheraircompressorwouldbestarted.在正常運(yùn)行中,如果壓力低于啟動(dòng)極限,使用司機(jī)室車輛上的空氣壓縮機(jī)就開(kāi)始啟動(dòng),當(dāng)壓力下降到輔助極限時(shí),則第二個(gè)空氣壓縮機(jī)被啟動(dòng)。Ifoneaircompressorencountersafailure,theotheraircompressorcansupplythepressureairfortheentiretraininthenormalmode.如果有一個(gè)空氣壓縮機(jī)出現(xiàn)故障時(shí),則第二個(gè)空氣壓縮機(jī)在常用模式運(yùn)行下能完全供應(yīng)整個(gè)列車壓力空氣。Iftwoair
