7.2DeliveryoftheGoodsshallbemadetothedesignatedportofdestinationwithinthetimeframespecifiedinthisContract.
8.**WarrantiesandIndemnities**
8.1TheSellerwarrantsthattheGoodsshallbefreefromanydefectsordeficienciesandshallconformtothespecificationsagreedupon.
8.2PartyCwarrantsthatithasperformeditsintermediarydutiesdiligentlyandhastakenreasonablestepstoensurethequalityoftheGoods.
8.3ThePrincipalshallindemnifyPartyCagainstanyclaimsarisingfromthePrincipal'sfailuretofulfillitsobligationsunderthisContract.
9.**LimitationofLiability**

6.**Principal'sRightsandObligations**

6.2ThePrincipalshallhavetherighttoterminatetheContractifPartyBfailstomeettheagreed-upondeliveryscheduleoriftheGoodsarefoundtobedefective.
6.3ThePrincipalshallberesponsibleforpayingtheagreed-uponpurchasepricetoPartyBuponthesuccessfulcompletionofthetransaction.
7.**PaymentandDelivery**
7.1PaymentshallbemadebythePrincipaltoPartyBuponthesuccessfulcompletionofthetransactionandthePrincipal'sacceptanceoftheGoods.
7.2DeliveryoftheGoodsshallbemadebyPartyBtoPartyCwithinthetimeframespecifiedinthisContract.
8.**WarrantiesandIndemnities**
8.1PartyBwarrantsthattheGoodsshallbeofthehighestqualityandshallconformtothespecificationsagreedupon.
8.2PartyCwarrantsthatithasperformeditsintermediarydutiesdiligentlyandhastakenreasonablestepstoensurethePrincipal'sinterestsareprotected.
9.**LimitationofLiability**
9.1PartyB'sliabilityforanybreachofwarrantyorconditionofthisContractshallbelimitedtothereplacementorrepairofthedefectiveGoods.
9.2PartyC'sliabilityforanybreachofitsintermediarydutiesshallbelimitedtotheamountofthecommissionitreceived.
10.**DisputeResolution**
10.1AnydisputesarisingfromorinconnectionwiththisContractshallberesolvedthroughfriendlynegotiations.
