尊重教學規律，科學使用課件！樣，也可能因討厭一位老師而討厭學習。一個被學生喜歡的老師，其教育效果總是超出一般教師。無論中學生還是小學生，他們對自己喜歡的老師都會有一些普遍認同的標準，諸如尊重和理解學生，寬容、不傷害學生自尊心，平等待人、說話辦事公道、有耐心、不輕易發脾氣等。教師要放下架子，把學生放在心上。“蹲下身子和學生說話，走下講臺給學生講課”;關心學生情感體驗，讓學生感受到被關懷的溫暖;自覺接受學生的評價，努力做學生喜歡的老師。教師要學會寬容，寬容學生的錯誤和過失，寬容學生一時沒有取得很大的進步。蘇霍姆林斯基說過：有時寬容引起的道德震動，比懲罰更強烈。每當想起葉圣陶先生的話：你這糊涂的先生，在你教鞭下有瓦特，在你的冷眼里有牛頓，在你的譏笑里有愛迪生。身為教師，就更加感受到自己職責的神圣和一言一行的重要。善待每一個學生，做學生喜歡的老師，師生雙方才會有愉快的情感體驗。一個教師，只有當他受到學生喜愛時，才能真正實現自己的最大價值。義務教育課程方案和課程標準（2022年版）簡介新課標的全名叫做《義務教育課程方案和課程標準（2022年版）》，文件包括義務教育課程方案和16個課程標準（2022年版），不僅有語文數學等主要科目，連勞動、道德這些，也有非常詳細的課程標準。現行義務教育課程標準，是2011年制定的，離現在已經十多年了；而課程方案最早，要追溯到2001年，已經二十多年沒更新過了，很多內容，確實需要根據現實情況更新。所以這次新標準的實施，首先是對老課標的一次升級完善。另外，在雙減的大背景下頒布，也能體現出，國家對未來教育改革方向的規劃。課程方案課程標準是啥？課程方案是對某一學科課程的總體設計，或者說，是對教學過程的計劃安排。簡單說，每個年級上什么課，每周上幾節，老師上課怎么講，課程方案就是依據。課程標準是規定某一學科的課程性質、課程目標、內容目標、實施建議的教學指導性文件，也就是說，它規定了，老師上課都要講什么內容。課程方案和課程標準，就像是一面旗幟，學校里所有具體的課程設計，都要朝它無限靠近。所以，這份文件的出臺，其實給學校教育定了一個總基調，決定了我們孩子成長的走向。各門課程基于培養目標，將黨的教育方針具體化細化為學生核心素養發展要求，明確本課程應著力培養的正確價值觀、必備品格和關鍵能力。進一步優化了課程設置，九年一體化設計，注重幼小銜接、小學初中銜接，獨立設置勞動課程。與時俱進，更新課程內容，改進課程內容組織與呈現形式，注重學科內知識關聯、學科間關聯。結合課程內容，依據核心素養發展水平，提出學業質量標準，引導和幫助教師把握教學深度與廣度。通過增加學業要求、教學提示、評價案例等，增強了指導性。教育部將組織宣傳解讀、培訓等工作，指導地方和學校細化課程實施要求，部署教材修訂工作，啟動一批課程改革項目，推動新修訂的義務教育課程有效落實。
