（電暖器適用）-8Functiontest(heatingroomtemperature):normallythetemperaturerangesinsideheaterwas86℉(30℃)---50℉(10℃).ProductshalloperatenormallyiftheenvironmenttemperaturenotexceedingtheMaxtemperaturefixedinsideofproductandtheproductshallstopwhentheenvironmenttemperaturenearlyorequalstothefixedtemperatureinsideofproduct.Nootherabnormalphenomenonhappenedwhenoperation.112.特定的檢查點和測試項目

（電暖器適用）-8功能測試（加熱房間使之保持設定溫度）：正常地取暖器內部可設置的溫度范圍是86℉(30℃)---50℉(10℃)，如果環境溫度沒有達到最大的設定溫度，產品應該正常運行；如果環境溫度接近或等于取暖器的設定值，產品應該停機。運行過程中也不應出現異?，F象。注意：正確的環境溫度是功能測試的關鍵，如果環境溫度不合適（如環境溫度在取暖器可設置的最大溫度以上），則驗貨員應該要求工廠用空調降低測試房的環境溫度以便進行功能測試。溫度換算公式：(℉－32)/1.8=℃;1.8x℃+32=℉122.特定的檢查點和測試項目

（電暖器適用）-9Endurancetest:operateheaterinnormalconditionwithmaxsettingfor4-6hours.Thenormaltestsshallconductedandensureproductqualitygoodpriortoperformingthespecialtest.Thenormalfunctiontestshouldbeconductedafterthetest,acceptablewasnoabnormalphenomenonhappened.(Note:dosafetyandfunctionaltestsbeforeandaftertheendurancetest)(orabnormaloperationtestwith112%inputvoltagefor2hoursassubstitute)耐久性測試：正常條件下以最大設置參數連續運行4至6小時。在該測試前后都應該進行正常的安全測試和功能測試，測試中和測試后不應有異?，F象發生。(注意:耐久性測試前后必須做安全和功能測試)(或用112%輸入電壓2小時測試來替代)132.特定的檢查點和測試項目

（電暖器適用）-11Overheatingtest:usethickclothtocovertheheaterheatingmouthcompletely,productshallautomaticallyshutoffpowerwithinfiveminutes,thenrestartwork.Withoutnoabnormalphenomenonhappenedduringthetestisacceptable.過熱測試：用厚布完全蓋住取暖器的出氣口，產品應該在五分鐘內自動斷電停機，然后重啟，不應出現異?，F象。152.特定的檢查點和測試項目

（電暖器適用）-13InternalCheck(內部檢查): -Commonsense(基本常識): Liveconductorsshallbeconnectedtoswitch;Thermostat,thermofuseandtemperaturelimitingcontrolshallcutofflivesupplytoheatingelement.
