前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結構和起草規則》的規
定起草。
本文件修改采用ISO15618?2:2001《水下焊接焊工的合格試驗第2部分:潛水員高壓干焊用
焊工和焊接操作人員》。
本文件與ISO15618?2:2001相比作了下述結構調整:
——增加了附錄A(資料性)鋼材組別分類指南;
——附錄B對應ISO15618?2:2001中的附錄A;
——附錄C對應ISO15618?2:2001中的附錄B,其中C.2對應ISO15618?2:2001中的B.2,增加
了C.2.2;
——附錄C對應ISO15618?2:2001中的附錄B,其中C.2.3對應ISO15618?2:2001中的B.2.2,
增加了C.2.3.3。
本文件與ISO15618?2:2001的技術差異及其原因如下:
——對范圍的內容進行了歸納總結,調整了表述方式(見第1章),便于標準實際應用;
——增加規范性引用的GB/T19866—2005,刪除了EN228?1(見第3章);增加規范性引用的
GB/T3375,刪除了ISO857?1(見5.2);增加規范性引用的GB/T5185,刪除了ENISO4063
(見5.2、第12章);增加規范性引用的GB/T5117,刪除了EN499(見5.5.2);用規范性引用
的GB/T983替代了ISO3581,刪除了EN1600(見5.5.2);增加規范性引用的GB/T16672,
刪除了ENISO6947(見5.7、6.7、第12章);增加規范性引用的GB/T19867.1,刪除了EN228?2
(見7.4、第11章);增加規范性引用的GB/T32259,刪除了EN970(見7.5);增加規范性引用的
GB/T26951,刪除了EN1290(見7.5);增加規范性引用的GB/T18851.1,刪除了EN571?1
(見7.5);增加規范性引用的GB/T26955,刪除了EN1321(見7.5、7.6.3);增加規范性引用
的GB/T11345,刪除了EN1714(見7.5、7.6.4);增加規范性引用的GB/T3323.1—2019,刪
除了EN1435(見7.6.2);增加規范性引用的GB/T27551,刪除了EN1320(見7.6.2、7.6.3、
7.6.5);增加規范性引用的GB/T2653,刪除了EN910(見7.6.2、7.6.4);增加規范性引用的
GB/T19418,刪除了prENISO5817(見第8章);
——重新規定了符號和縮略語的使用要求(見4.1),便于標準實際應用;
——技能評定的主要參數增加了激光焊(見5.2),以適用我國技術要求;
——加入了對于實心焊絲的認可范圍(見6.5),以適用我國技術要求。
本文件做了下列編輯性改動:
——將標準名稱修改為《水下高壓干式焊接潛水焊工和焊接操作工技能評定》;
——重新繪制了示意圖,并刪除了部分示意圖修飾性的注;
——刪除了對于CRISO15608的引用,并根據其引用內容增加了附錄A(鋼材組別分類指南)(見
5.4),以便于標準實施;
——刪除了第11章中多余的修飾性表述,便于標準實際應用;
——刪除了第12章中的示例,便于標準實際應用;
——在附錄C(專業知識)中增加了關于激光焊的內容(見C.2.2和C.2.3.3),便于標準實際應用。
