4.BoothSetupandDismantling

ClientshallberesponsibleforthesetupanddismantlingoftheirBoothSpace.Thefollowingdatesandtimeshavebeendesignatedfortheseactivities:

5.IntellectualPropertyRights

6.ForceMajeure

NeitherpartyshallbeliableforanyfailuretoperformitsobligationsunderthisAgreementduetounforeseencircumstancesbeyonditsreasonablecontrol,including,butnotlimitedto,actsofGod,naturaldisasters,war,terrorism,strikes,andgovernmentregulations.

7.GoverningLawandJurisdiction

ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Country],andanydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisAgreementshallbesubjecttotheexclusivejurisdictionofthecourtsof[Country].
