通知寫作

通知是上級對下級、組織對成員或平行單位之間部署工作、傳達事情或召開會議等所使用的應用文。常考的話題有活動、展覽、比賽、講座等事項通知。通知要求言簡意賅、措辭得當、時間及時。通知分為口頭通知和書面通知，其中，書面通知考查較頻繁。

通知標題一般為Notice，居中。然后是正文，正文之后，通知發布的單位或個人署名通常放在右下角，若有發布時間也放在右下角。通常包括三部分內容：文體概述通知的注意事項通知的內容開篇正文通知的時間、地點及對象結尾通
