倉儲/物料管理:協助物料可視化管理;收貨,配合qa做來料檢驗,入庫,以及生產物料管理,以及基于訂單的生產計劃的制定。

校區動力通訊維修服務部主任崗位職責

1、熟悉校區供水、供電、消防、通訊等設備的性能和使用狀況。負責校區用水用電、通訊等設備的維修、搶修組織工作。

2、組織有關人員參加校區內各新造建筑物的移交工作,嚴把質量關,確保設備完好率100%。驗收完畢后,及時向有關部門索取水電、通訊安裝分布圖,以備查用。

3、全面負責供水、供電、通訊、消防等設備的日常維修保養工作。制訂檢查、維修、保養計劃,使設備始終處于良好狀態。實行24小時維修工作制。

4、負責供水、供電、消防、通訊等設備搶修的組織監督工作,嚴把質量關,杜絕任何隱患。

5、制訂供水、供電、消防、通訊等設備的操作規程及維修保養規程,對各類有關資料進行整理、統計、歸檔,以備查用。

6、負責對操作人員、技術人員和維修人員的業務技術進行定期的培訓和考核,不斷提高本部門員工的業務水平。

7、督導本部門員工嚴格按操作流程和服務標準開展工作。

8、每日檢查高配值班員的工作情況,確保學校水電、通訊正常運轉。
