在側(cè)面為零部件型式認(rèn)證標(biāo)志留有足夠空間：此空間在3.2.4項(xiàng)中所指的圖紙中必須顯示.4.2. 如果頭枕和座椅連為一體，4.1.1和4.1.2項(xiàng)中所指的標(biāo)志必須附著在此座椅用作頭枕的部分上。（5.）6.一般規(guī)范6.1.在汽車內(nèi)安裝的頭枕不得成為乘客安全的又一隱患。尤其注意的是，此裝置在任何使用狀態(tài)下都不能有容易加大乘客受傷風(fēng)險或加重受傷程度的粗糙或尖銳表面。頭枕位于沖撞區(qū)（下面有解釋）的部分必須能夠按照本指令附件V規(guī)定的方式吸收沖撞能量：6.1.1.沖撞區(qū)側(cè)面必須是縱向垂直面，一邊一個。每個面距相關(guān)座椅對稱面70毫米;6.1.2.沖撞區(qū)不得高于處在和r基準(zhǔn)線垂直的平面之上并距R點(diǎn)635毫米的那部分頭枕。

6.2. 位于上述縱向垂直面以外的頭枕前后面的那些部分填充時應(yīng)防止頭部與結(jié)構(gòu)零件有任何直接接觸，結(jié)構(gòu)零件這些區(qū)域曲率半徑應(yīng)不小于5毫米。6.3. 頭枕錨定在座椅上時應(yīng)確保不會因?yàn)樵囼?yàn)時頭部產(chǎn)生的壓力而從頭枕的填充物，固定支座，座椅靠背中冒出剛硬或危險的部分。共43頁第18頁
