Abstract:Thisstudyaimstoexploretheinfluenceofmicro-videoonthelearningstrategiesoffitnessoptionclassstudentsinordinarycollegesanduniversities.Byconductingexperimentalgroupsamongoptionclassstudents,onegroupusedmicro-video-assistedteaching,whiletheothergroupfollowedthetraditionalteachingmethod,andthencomparedthedifferencesinlearningstrategiesbetweenthetwogroupsofstudents.

Introduction:Withtherapiddevelopmentofinformationtechnology,micro-videoshavebecomeanimportantteachingaid.Micro-videosbettermeettheneedsofteachingwiththeirconciseandvividformat,especiallyinphysicaleducation.Thisstudyaimstoexploretheinfluenceofmicro-video-assistedteachingonthelearningstrategiesoffitnessoptionclassstudentsinordinarycollegesanduniversities,inordertoprovideascientificbasisfortheteachingreformoffitnessoptionclasses.

Methods:Thisstudyselectedafitnessoptionclassatanordinarycollegeanduniversityastheresearchobject,usingexperimentalgroupdesign.Theclasswasrandomlydividedintoamicro-videogroupandatraditionalteachinggroup,withthemicro-videogroupusingmicro-video-assistedteachingandthetraditionalteachinggroupusingtraditionalteachingmethods.Afterthecourse,datacollectionwasconductedusingaquestionnairesurvey.

Results:Throughtheanalysisofthequestionnairesurveyresults,itwasfoundthatstudentsusingmicro-video-assistedteachingshowedstrongerlearningmotivationandinterest,andperformedbetterinlearningstrategies.Thestudentsinthemicro-videogroupfounditeasiertounderstandandgrasptheskillmovements,andalsodemonstratedhigherlevelsofautonomyinlearningandcreativethinking.

Discussion:Theresultsofthisstudyindicatethatmicro-video-assistedteachinghasapositiveimpactonthelearningstrategiesoffitnessoptionclassstudentsinordinarycollegesanduniversities.Micro-video-assistedteachingcanenhancestudents'learningmotivationandinterest,andimprovelearningoutcomes.Theconciseandvividformatofmicro-videosmakesiteasierforstudentstounderstandandmasterskillmovements,whilealsohelpingtocultivatestudents'autonomyinlearningandcreativethinking.

Conclusion:Inthephysicaleducationteachingoffitnessoptionclassesinordinarycollegesanduniversities,theuseofmicro-video-assistedteachingshouldbeemphasized.Micro-videoscanstimulatestudents'learninginterestandmotivation,andimprovelearningoutcomes.Teacherscancreateteachingmicro-videostodeliverknowledgepointsinamorevividmanner,helpingstudentsbetterunderstandandmasterskillmovements.Inaddition,micro-videosalsocontributetothecultivationofstudents'autonomyinlearningandcreativethinking.
