1.Theusageandfeaturesofthemachine

(1)Theusage

TheGSB-2C(1D)serieshydraulicswingarmcuttingmachinesaremainlyusedinindustrytocutthesoftplasticsheet,leather,fiber,cottonte*tiles,cardboardorothersimilarmaterialsbydiecutting.

(2)Thefeatures

①Flywheelsusetheinertiastoringenergy,instantaneouscuttingmaterials,andthecuttingforceislarge,energyconsumptionislow.

②Column,arm,pistonandotherpartsareallmadeofhighqualitysteelanddurableinuse.

③Thereisanautomaticoilsupplyfunction.Itcanlubricatethesystemautomatically,whichwillhelpreduceabrasionande*tendthelifetime.

④Theprecisionishighandthecuttingqualityisimprovedbyusingtheelectronictimedelaycircuittocontrolthelowerlimitpositionofthestroke.

Usingthehandwheeltoadjusttheheightfromthearmtotheworktableiseasier,moreconvenientandsaferwhenyouaregoingtochoosethediecuttingandmaterial

3.Installationofthemachine

Tiethewireropetothearmmakingitclosetothecolumnandcannotslip.Thenliftthemachinewithliftingequipmenttotheinstallationground.

Note:Whenlifting,theoriginalcrosstiecannotberemoved,andmakeittiedtightentotheworktablebythearm.Itcanavoiddamagetothehandwheels,handles,electricalandothercomponentscausedbythefreelyswingarm.(Ifconditionspermit,you’dbettermovethemachinebyaforkliftshovelingthebottom.)

Removethepackingmaterial,putthemachineintheworkplace,andunderlaythreedampingrubberatthethreeunder-chassis.

Rotatethehandwheelcounterclockwise,andremovethecrosstiecushionsbetweentheworktables.

Removethecoveroftheside-window,andaddcorrespondingcapacityofL-HM-47#hydraulicoiltotheoilbasinaccordingtodifferentmachineseries.

Note:Pleasemakesuretoaddenoughoil,andyoucanjudgeitbywatchingiftheliquidsurfacejustoverwhelmsthemanifoldblockunderthesolenoidvalve.

Connectthemachinewiththematchedpoweraccordingtotheelectricalschematicdiagram,andgroundreliably!!!

Opentheoperationswitchofthemotor.

Watchtherotationdirectionofthewheel,makingit’sdirectionthesametothedirectionofthearrow,runforaminute,andthentryseveraltimesno-loadoperations.

Turnofthepowerswitch,thenthemachinestopsrunning.

Installthesidecoverandthefrontcover.

Rotatethetimedelaylocator(namelytheblankingtimer)whichisonthearmtoaminimum.

Putthematerialwhichistobecutontheshimplateoftheworktable.

Placethediecuttingonthematerialbeingcut.

Movethearmabovethediecutting,andaimatthecenterlineofthediecuttingasfaraspossible.

Rotatethehandwheel(whenrotateclockwisethearmhangsdown,andwhenrotatecounterclockwiseithangsup),makingthedistancefromtheundersideofthearmtotheuppersideofthediecuttingequals10mm.

Turnonthemotoroperationswitch,andthemotorfunctionnormally.

Pressthetwoblankingbuttonsonthearmthesametimewithtwohandstotesttheknife.Rotatethelocatorbuttononthearmmakingthematerialcutjustbythediecutting.Ifthediecuttingcutstoodeep,youshouldturnthepotentiometeralittledown,onthecontrary,turnitalittleup.

Workaftertighteningthebuttononthearm.

Note:Youshouldre-adjustthepotentiometerwhenchangingthediecuttingorthematerial,becausethevoltagefluctuationwillaffectthedepthandaccuracyoftheblanking.

5.MaintenanceandUpkeepofmachine

Allthemaintenanceandrepairworkshouldbeinthemachinetostoprunningandthepowerturnedoff.

Electricalcomponentsshouldalwayskeepingclean,dry

Cleanthemachineeverydaybeforeworkoff,checkingforloosescrews,payspecialattentiontochecktheboltsonthetopcap,tightentimelyifloosening

Hydraulicoilinthemachineusingfor2,000hoursorlessthanoneyearmustbereplacedwithnewoil,especiallyforthenewmachine.Cleanuptheoiltankandoilfilteratthesametime

Checktheoillevel,iflessthantheminimumlevel,replenishwiththesamegradeofhydraulicoil.Ifthepumpnoiseincreaseorthemachineinability,checkwhetherthefilterisblockedorhydraulicoilisreduced,promptlycleanandsupplement.

Hydraulicreliefvalveisfactoryadjustedandlockedwell,othersarenotadjustable,soasnottooverloadanddamagedmachine
